Thinking about the name, we expected it to be an exceptional service but unfortunately it wasn't this time or at this location. The bar area inside/near the pool always smelled very bad "like vomit" and inside the pool you would stumble upon loose tiles left over from some old repair, plus cigarette butts, candy wrappers and other waste. In addition, some corners looked quite yellow, with a strong smell of Clorox in some others, which in our opinion they simply added chemicals but they didn't vacuum or brush it. On the other hand, the app never worked for restaurant reservations and could only be used 24 hours after arriving at the hotel. This is a very absurd policy. If you arrive at the hotel you must have access to everything immediately. The wines were of low quality or we found that the bottles had been opened for a long time and therefore their taste was of low quality. The liquors, as "all inclusive", were the cheapest. The dishes in the dining rooms were always dirty (lipstick on the glasses and cups), food residue on the forks and knives and the plastic cups, as they were for outdoors, smelled of soap or vomit. Quality control is needed there. The dishwasher always needs supervision, it's a machine after all. The lamps and metals in general in the room were rusty due to the humidity of the building being next to the sea, which is understandable, but they looked like they had deteriorate.. and much more but no space h to explain- it's cheaper to stay at Atlantis -Sad

This was the WORST property i have ever stayed at. The front desk lady Terry is nasty and rude. I didnt get the other names but it was 2/3 other ladies that were just as rude. My reservation was not honored. She purposely placed me in a room I didn't book. My appliances didnt work in my new room, mini bar wasnt stocked. No cold drinks. I enjoyed all the other staff such as bar tenders and maids, very nice. But overall this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I highly do not recommend. It’s outdated and the front desk isn’t welcoming at all. This has to be the smallest RIU because it was literally nothing to do but the small pools.

The room was nice. All the restaurants were all booked and you couldn’t use this as part of the all “inclusive” part of it. The fitness center was old and the equipment was in bad shape. The maid service was prompt and efficient. There wasn’t enough entertainment to to do per night. The dancing was terrible. They only had one little piece in the club that was for dancing. Terrible.
