The beach was full of trash, the hotel should keep it clean.We had problems with the AC in the room they gave us but the manager was very kind and gave us a better room, good service in general.

Our family had a terrific stay at Sandyport. The staff was great and the rooms were always cleaned. We enjoyed both the private ocean beach as well as the peaceful lagoon beach right outside our door. Our three year old loved the pool. The restaurants a little pricey but the food was always good. The Conch Shack made great fritters and better drinks! This resort is a great choice for getting away from the super busy resort/cruise ship area too.

The resort staff are all super friendly and extremely accommodating. We would return again in the future just to experience the excellence of the staff. Housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning the rooms daily. The beds are comfortable and the main pool is interesting with the sand base coming into the walk-in. The lagoon beach is nice and the Oceanside beach is beautiful and you can snorkel out for a long way, but you won’t see any tropical fish. To improve, they need a hot tub and a better restaurant on property. Our door would stick badly and facilities fixed it immediately. The gas stoves didn’t lite in the kitchenette and the bathtub was really dated. Overall, I would highly recommend staying and I’m not easy to please.

The staff was amazing! Basco at the shack went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and help point us in the right direction of other things to see and do. Kyle was so kind and funny and also made sure our stay was top tier. We are already planning our trip back

Nice location and staff, but: A little noisy in the evenings from the many adjacent restaurants, bars, etc. Our room had a number of minor problems (wrong TV remote, locked safe), which were rectified when we asked, and others we reported on leaving (poorly-functioning shower, broken (unusable) ironing board).
