The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. Did not have our room ready and had to move our room 3 times until we were mistakenly given a key to SOMEONE ELSE’S ROOM. we walked into someone else’s room and then FINALLY ended up getting our own. The second day we were treated like we were unconvincing the staff. The food is horrible and a waste of money! Disgusting. Made us pay the resort fee BEFORE even getting an assigned room even though we showed up well after check-in is allowed, so our room should have been prepared hours prior. We are not the types to complain or write reviews but it was ridiculous and we would never stay here again

Everything was great. The food was good. The only thing that I did not like is that we arrived early and had to wait a few hours to check in. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

On my arrival day I was given a hotel room which I accessed and went to shower while in the middle of showering another person walks into my room having access. I was completely naked and there was no apology from staff for this mistake of giving two people the same room or for the inconvenience. The food was terrible and there was always limited service, they moved slow and ignored me at times while dining alone. The pool the first day was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all week. I was very disappointed in this hotel and it made my trip feel very unsafe and uncomfortable

We stayed at the Warwick for a week and it was our home away from home. We felt so comfortable and at ease with the neighborhood, the food was yummy, and the workers are so friendly. Thank you Warwick for the hospitality and the incredible moments we had.

This was the best trip ever. Everybody was super nice . Food- name it you get it- so much options . There is a little beach close to the bar right when you walk out the hotel. Drinks are amazing. We learned how to dance salsa . Every night they had something going on. We met a lot of people and some if them became our friends
