Large spacious rooms, friendly and helpful service, clean and relaxing onsen. Best bonus is free flow drinks (soft drinks, coffee and lots of alcohol) and snacks in the afternoons and nights!

Family-friendly!
This is probably the most family-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Many young couples with babies; tons of kids up to about 7 years old. They have lots of toys, books (in Japanese), and even special suites for those ages.

未就学児を連れての宿泊でしたが、子供が遊べる場所もあり、とても喜んでいました。 夕食と朝食がとても美味しかったです。 ラウンジでお酒を飲みたかったのですが、夕食が混んでいて時間が遅くなり、お風呂に入ってから行こうと思っていましたが間に合いませんでした。残念でした。 あと、洗面所とお風呂とトイレの所が入った瞬間から、尿っぽい臭いがして気になりました。

夕食のビュッフェの際、 お好きな席をと言われたため選んでいると、 選ぶ席、選ぶ席、予約だと言われ、 始めにそれを伝えて欲しかった。 また、メガネをかけた60代くらいの店員の 態度が悪く、子供の椅子を無言で置かれたり ビュッフェを取りに行こうとした、小さな女の子にぶつかっても謝りもなく、 その人のせいでとても嫌な気持ちになりました。

ファミリー向けです。 スタッフの方の対応がとても良かった。食事中子供が寝てしまうとベッドを用意してくれました。屋内、屋外と遊ぶ場所がありホテルだけでも十分楽しめます。食事も種類豊富で楽しかった。食事付きでの宿泊をおすすめします。

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, aber leider auch sehr abgenutzt, nicht nur die Möbel, sondern auch der Teppichboden und die Tapete. Die Lobby ist sehr schön mit vielen modernen und neuen Sitzgelegenheiten, so dass man sich im Zimmer nur zum Schlafen aufhalten muss. Insgesamt war es ok, aber nicht empfehlenswert.

値段の割にサービスが充実していてよかった。まずウェルカムドリンク。アルコール含め、おやつ、スナック、ソフトドリンクなどが楽しめる。そして、21時からのナイトキャップ。こちらは更にアルコール類が充実。お風呂も広々として、露天風呂もあり、温度もぬるめで、熱いお湯が嫌いな私にはちょうどよかった。 子どもが多いとレビューにあったが、子ども向けのサービスが充実してるのだから仕方ない。小さい子が大喜びするサービス、遊び場。うちの子が小さい頃も連れてくればよかった。 残念な点は、朝に無料のコーヒーがなかった点と、部屋のカーペットにシミがたくさんあったことくらいでしょうか。
