Meio decepcionante.
Eu já tinha me hospedado nesse hotel há uns 10 anos atrás e não época foi bem satisfatório, porém ficou literalmente parado no tempo, tudo envelheceu e não teve a manutenção devida. O ar-condicionado parecia uma forrageira, de tanto barulho que fazia e o pior, não gelava nada. A cama já bem sofrida com o uso e o tempo, deixando-nos com dores nas consta, mas o que mais depreciou a estadia foi o aspecto de tudo caindo aos pedaços e com um aroma desagradável de morfo. Para não dizer que nada prestava, escapou o chuveiro que era muito bom e fácil de adequar a temperatura ideal para o banho. Outra coisa boa é a sua localização que é bem próximo da praia.

O check-in foi péssimo, funcionários mau humorados e sem pro atividade. Na reserva informam ter estacionamento, mas nao tinha vaga e o recepcionista sugeriu deixar o carro na rua. O cafe da manhã tem opções, porem o atendimento muito ruim dos funcionários, todos de mau humor, nitidamente descontente em atender. Hotel precisa de reformas. Os funcionários precisam de treinamento com urgência.

Os funcionários são gentis e muito prestativos, porém as instalações do hotel deixa muito a desejar, tivemos vários problemas envolvendo a estrutura das acomodações, desde mal cheiro, móveis quebrados entre outros, o café da manhã é razoável. Não tenho interesse de voltar e não recomendo.

Falta de cordialmente dos atendentes da noite. Pedi 1 travesseiro e elew respondeu que não podia me atender pois já era de noite e não tinha mais serviço de zeladoria. Me ofereci pra buscar ele respondia não tinha travesseiro na recepção de uma maneira bem grosseira. Quarto só tem 1 tomada, ar condicionado fedendo a mofo. Nem coberta tem. Nunca mais volto e nem recomendo

Melhor hotel de ponta negra
Estadia nota mil, sempre me hospedo no bello mare da Roberto freire e sempre tudo ocorre super bem, a mocinha que acho q o nome é francine, uma loira de cabelos longos rsrsrs, conseguiu o quarto que solicitei e foi um dos melhores fds no hotel. O hotel e atendimento em si está de parabéns. Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza.
