This was by far the single worse hotel I’ve ever stayed. The gave me a dirty room and told me they were full, everything smelled, nothing like the pictures on the website.

Não foi a das melhores, já tinha ido algumas vezes pra o mesmo, sendo que dessa vez foi a das piores vezes que fui, ao chegar por volta das 19hrs o sistema tinha caído e só conseguimos entra nos quartos depois das 21hrs, a sorte era que o atendimento era muito bom mas já tivemos que esse problema de cara, quando entramos no quarto notamos que o quarto não estava 100% limpo, os travesseiros estavam um pouco sujos como se não tivesse trocados, o quarto ao lado dos nosso amigos deu problema no ar condicionado e tiveram que aguarda o concerto no meio da noite que terminou era umas 22h30, até aí tudo bem, no outro dia passamos pela piscina e notamos que a água estava meio verde, o café da manhã já estava quase no fim ( isso era umas 8hrs) muito pouca coisa e muito gente chegando, das 2 diárias que passamos o café estava com pouca opção e ainda assim as opções que estão acabavam logo e demoravam um pouco para repor, enfim gostam muito do hotel por conta a localização e do preço, só que essa ultima vez que fui não estava muito legal, espero que melhorem.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Mas, portas do quarto e do banheiro danificadas exigem um melhor cuidado. O café da manhã é bem básico.
