The power went off about 5 minutes after I got there. They wouldn't do a refund and had a nasty attitude about it. Thwy wouldn't call a manager or anything.

The outside property was not in good condition. The room carpet was torn and in ratty condition but the biggest problem was the smell of the room was so bad that it was affecting my wife, so we checked out within 30 minutes after check-in. I had to pay for a room somewhere else so I really felt we should have gotten a refund.

This property was reasonable and safe. We came in town for a funeral and ended up staying an entire week. The staff made things very comfortable. Thank goodness for a friendly team of workers. May I add a suggestion. Please have some free bottled water for your breakfast participants. We would be so pleased on those hot Mississippi days.
