Rural apartment Casería María Sopeña for 4 people

A large country house in the small village of Pruneda that has been created from the beatiful conversion of an 18th Century farmhouse, which has been became into 3 delightfull and well furnished holiday homes.

It is a quite setting in the heart of Asturias´s Cider producing area and has lovely views of the surrounding fields. Apple orchards are a common sight and nearby Nava (3km) which has the most interesting museum dedicated to the production of the local brew, hosts the Annual Festival of Cider in July. Nava is also good for shops, restaurants and cafes.

The surroundings are green and hilly -just the South of Nava is a range of beatiful sierras for walking. The motorway is easily accesible which makes getting around Asturias very easy. The beach is about 25 minutes drive away, and the city of Oviedo just 20 minutes away.

La Ceriquina: 2 pax.
Ground floor consists of a confortable open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There is a double sofa-bed, if required, but this is only suitable for children because it is shorter than a normal bed.
Upstairs, there is a attractive, spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom.
Outside there is a terrace looking across the garden.

El Ferre: 4 pax
Ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a shower room.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with views over the village and a bathroom.

El Malvis: 4 pax
Ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area and a shower room. There is also a sofa-bed, if required, but this is only suitable for children as it is shorter than a normal bed.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, a doble bedroom and a kingsize bedroom, and a shower room.

Excellent facility for family in peaceful, centrally placed location in Asturias
We were met by the owner and given a full tour of the property. We were then given indepth details as where to visit. We took up most of the suggestions and they were excellent. Highly recommend

Wunderbares "Reihenhaus" mit Gemeinschaftspool für insgesamt 3 Parteien
Die zauberhafte, absolut malerisch und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft liegt in Pruneda, einem kleinen Dorf oberhalb von Nava. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und Javier ist ein sehr freundlicher engagierter Gastgeber, der viele gute Tipps geben kann, damit man je nach Interessenlage viel mitnehmen kann von den wunderschönen landschaftlichen und kulturellen Attraktionen Asturiens. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gern.

Estupendo alojamiento en un precioso entorno
Mi pareja, mis dos hijos y yo, hemos estado 10 días alojados en una de las viviendas que conforman el alojamiento. Todo genial, la casa, la ubicación, la comunicación con Ruth y Javier,... Lo único malo que el tiempo que hizo esos días, no nos permitió disfrutar de la piscina. Así que habrá que repetir 😜

Maravillosa casa en Asturias
Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en esta magnífica casa. Los propietarios nos han asesorado muy bien, de todo lo que podíamos hacer y donde ir. Un lugar mágico para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Mi familia y yo estamos encantados, sin duda volvemos.

Ha sido una excelente elección !!!
Hemos estado realmente encantados en esta casa, muy bonita, tranquila, acogedora y perfectamente equipada. Muy limpia además. Su ubicación está en una aldea que se conserva perfectamente integrada en la naturaleza, pero a la vez a solo tres kilómetros de Nava. Una población en donde se puede encontrar casi de todo, y que está situada en una carretera óptima para hacer excursiones a otras muchas zonas de Asturias más o menos alejadas. La vivienda que ocupamos nosotros, permite disfrutar de una vistas espectaculares, propias de esta parte del Principado. Casi desde la misma casa, parten numerosos carriles en muy buen estado, así como pequeñas carreteras poco concurridas, que permiten agradables paseos, en los que a ultima hora de la tarde es muy fácil disfrutar de la vista del águila ratonera y con algo de suerte, de algún corzo. Sus propietarios, Mari Paz y Javier, han sido muy amables y atentos con nosotros en todo momento. Nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos. La información de todo tipo que nos proporcionaron a nuestra llegada, ha ayudado mucho a que disfrutásemos plenamente nuestras vacaciones en esta tierra maravillosa que es toda Asturias. Tengo que agradecerle a Javier sus sugerencias de lugares que visitar y especialmente las recomendaciones de restaurantes y bares tanto de la zona, como de otros lugares que también visitamos. Todos fueron un acierto absoluto. Creo que esta última información es particularmente valiosa si no quieres llevarte “desilusiones”, cuando visitas una zona que no conoces y la oferta turística es tan numerosa y variada. Ya habíamos estado bastantes veces en Asturias, pero creo que esta es la vez que más hemos disfrutado a pesar del tiempo, que no ha sido bueno del todo. Une bonne maison
Une petite localite entre la mer et la montagne. Tranquilite, proprete de la maison, distance de la mer 25 km, Montagne /los Picos/ a otres 40km, une localite plus grande Nava a 3 km. On a pu visiter la region ,qui merite sans aucune doute une visite de plus. Les proprieteurs Maria et Javier tres simpatiques, nous ont aide enormement. Merci

Peaceful and nice place
It was a great stay during one week with Maria Paz and Javier. Thanks to their welcome in that nice, clean and confortable cottage in a peaceful spanish countryside, we have spent a really pleasant stay.
