Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. It has the largest resort swimming pool on Navarre Beach, charcoal barbecue grills, private beach access, a professional tennis court and a fitness center. This complex also offers covered parking, and it is within walking distance of all the beach activities, restaurants, and bars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Can’t wait to go back!
We had so much fun and the place was clean, spacious, and we had the perfect view of the sound & gulf. If I could choose this specific room I’d do it every time. They called to make sure everything was going smoothly and they made sure to send information through text so you can just go back and look if you forget anything about the property. 10/10 recommend.

This 3 bedroom condo is wonderful. Very roomy, comfortable seating throughout, well stocked kitchen and fantastic porch with sunset and beach view. Walking distance to 3 beach restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great stay
This unit is the perfect place for family getaway. Super clean unit and property. A short walk to the beach. The pool is magnificent and two free chairs on the beach was a welcomed surprise. Only complaints was no wash rags for showers, very slippery showers, bath tub did not drain and the door needs a chain or lock on the inside to prevent littles from escaping.

Was very, very disappointed with this condo.. wasn’t cleaned well at all, bathroom toilets, tub, shower needs a deep clean, updated balcony furniture needs updated, all beds were hard as a rock, none of us got a good nights sleep, got up with back & hips hurting, tv service not worth watching, only thing we enjoyed was the nice swimming pool. this unit needs lots of TLC for the price I paid was very disappointed.. I book through VRBO several times & have been pleased in the past, this one is bt far the worse I gave ever stayed at !!

Spacious Condo
The condo was spacious and the furniture was nicer than what you normally get in a rental. The balcony is large with a great view of the ocean and the sound which was nice since it was our first time to Navarre. Unfortunately there weren't any extra blankets and no linens for the two pull out cots. The master bathroom shower tile needed a deep clean but overall the condo is very nice. I would stay here again.

Total joke AWFUL
Terrible unit! RUN! Don’t make the mistake we did! Filthy, terrible upkeep, mold, mildew in shower! Tons of things didn’t work, sink wouldn’t drain, lights didn’t work, scarcely stocked kitchen. TV in kids room didn’t quell… Sand in showers and tub, sand in sheets ( all upon checkin).. dryer quit working, you’re actually booking through Vacasa who’s a joke! We requested assistance with mantainace several times, and instead was told- is it plugged in? Look around for a plunger… umm.. no.. paying top dollar for this location.. basics should be working. Will never book this unit again or through Vacasa.

Loved our stay!
Spacious beach rental with expansive balcony with view of oceanfront! All bedrooms had a water view of sound or oceanfront. Love that every bedroom had their own full bathroom. Great view and take a quick elevator from the 10thfloor down to bottom to walk out to the beach or pool. The only thing that needs work is the master bed is super squeaky, just turning over gently at night produced loud creaks. I hope the owners fix this soon! Overall great rental!

Birthday weekend get away
I absolutely loved this Condo. I have stayed at other units in the same building but this is my favorite. I would change nothing about this unit with the exception being the master bedroom mattress. It was awful. The first morning I awoke very sore. The next night my wife and I slept on the twin beds as they were great and we just left the master empty. DO NOT let this detract anyone from staying in this unit as it is OUTSTANDING.
