Our magnificent million dollar view in this 3 bedroom and 3 bath newly renovated Condo provides one of the nicest views of the Gulf in Florida! Pier Serenity offers a 13th floor view of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views!

Your Master bedroom provides you with a relaxing retreat ! This room sleeps 2. Enjoy waterfront views, breathtaking sky views, and the entertainment of a new 60” LED TV from the comfort of a new king size mattress.

Your 2nd bedroom has one new (1) queen size bed. Enjoy the new large screen LED TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom also includes a private, full bathroom.

Your 3rd bedroom has two (2) new twin beds: Enjoy the new large screen LED TV in this room. This room sleeps 2. This bedroom includes direct access to the bathroom.

There is also a new sleeper sofa which will sleep two (2) comfortably.

The wrap-around balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. You will feel like you are on Cloud Thirteen. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings!

For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.

The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. In addition, it is the perfect area to view the Gulf or the new 65" LED TV. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.

Navarre Beach is the least crowded beach around and the longest pier on the gulf coast . There are four restaurants within walking distance. Across the bridge you will find multiple restaurants, major grocery and beverage stores. There are snorkeling reef's on the island to enjoy. This condo has a fantastic location and view. Everything that you need is in the condo, even beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.

The condo has so much to offer! More kitchen gadgets than expected, 3 different kinds of coffee pots. The beds were super comfy! We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector, that was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. The location is very convenient for walking to the pier. .

Absolutely love staying here and dealing with the property management. The place and the view is just as described. Feels like walking into our home away from home welcomed with a gift basket and lovely card. Second year in a row staying in this unit and 8th year staying at Summerwind. Would recommend to anyone!!

Parking police.
The unit was ok, could use a little painting. Door was supposed to lock automatically (if deadbolt is horizontal), we discovered the last day the door wasn’t locking, luckily no one broke in. The garbage disposal was broken (they repaired day 2). They give you a little slip of paper as a parking pass which unbeknownst to me blew onto floor of car when we opened the doors. This caused my car to be booted and I had to pay $250 to have it removed. They should give a mirror tag or a more secure tag unless the goal is to rip off clients by collecting fees. That pretty much ruined my day. They said I could appeal the fine but it was not overturned.

Family and i have taken vacations yearly to Destin/Navarre area and this was by far the best place we have stayed so far. Perfect location! Great view of the gulf. Navarre is a hidden treasure. Thanks a lot for the memories that my kids will always treasure.

Our stay at Pier Serenity in Navarre was great. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bowl of goodies including a bottle of wine and much more. The view from the balcony was awesome. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the pier, restaurants and a convenience store. We will definitely stay here when we return.

Our Happy Place - Navarre
This property was amazing! Everything you would need was there from a coffee station, cooking needs, washer/dryer, flip flops (if needed), toiletries, to our most favorite . . . wagon and beach chairs. We were greeted with soft jazz music playing in the background, ceiling fans spinning, lights on, mints on beds and a nice gift basket and bottle of wine. Everyone had a wonderful time even with the windy chilly mornings but that was expected in February. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your awesome hospitality! The Dennis Family

Fall Family trip
My husband and I wanted to bring our parents on vacation and this was the perfect place. Very clean and accessible . Balcony was large and plenty of room to move around . The view was awesome . There was a welcome basket with much needed necessities . All the appliances you need, beach chairs and towels if you needed them. Will definitely be coming back to this one . Perfect piece of paradise
A couple of friends and i stayed for 3 nights and will definitely be back. As a group we have been going to the beach yearly for about 10-12 years or so and have NEVER been so impressed. We spent the first few minutes just walking around saying "oh my goodness look at this!" It was gorgeous and over the top loaded with thoughtful touches, from the gift basket to the extra flip flops in case you forgot yours. Tons of walking trails in the area. The view was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Excellent condo with all the amenities!!
This was the best condo we have ever stayed in and we come to Florida every year! The views were stunning from every room and it was decorated beautifully! The beds were very comfortable which is a big plus! We felt welcomed when we arrived with music playing, wine, and a goodie basket with everything we needed for the just in case. We appreciated the wagon and everything we needed for the beach! You thought of every amenity and more!!! Thank you for making this vacation so special for us!!
