Rural house for rent. Spacious, beautiful. Four double rooms, all with full bathroom. Located in Navas de Estena, just one hour from Toledo and Ciudad Real. With excellent views of the Cabañeros National Park. The house was designed from the beginning to satisfy those families who want to know a unique natural space without giving up the highest levels of comfort. Three floors of 80 m2 each and a patio with a pool that occupies the rest of the 400 m2 plot. The upper floor is accessed directly from La Fuente street. It contains a hall and four double rooms, all with full bathroom. The middle floor is entirely occupied by a large 80 m2 living room with different areas: kitchen and dining area, leisure and conversation area next to a large open fireplace, television area... and direct views of the Cabañeros National Park through a large window. On the lower floor are the garage, laundry and a shared bathroom.
Its construction design is a good example of rural architecture, integrated into the environment and respectful of the environment. The access doors to the patio and the garage of the house are opened by remote control. The walls are high enough to preserve privacy and at the same time allow you to enjoy excellent views of the Cabañeros National Park, located next to the house, from the living room and pool area.
