Due to lights not functioning and no maintenance person on the property, we had to change rooms. The next room was horrible musty and obviously not used for quite a while. We were put into another room. Through the day, we found the light above the sink was out, no closet bar, tv had no reception, room phone cord was yanked out of the wall.

It is a 20-30 year old Days Inn. It is showing its wear, but when everything is sold out in College Station, you have few choices. I was happy to have a bed for 6 hours. They held my reservation as I did not check in until 1am after the late football game. That being said, the room was $200 because everything was sold out for the Aggie game.

The only room available was a smoking room. Check in was listed at 2 pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were told we couldn’t check in until 3. The bathroom in the lobby was gross and not clean and had no toilet paper. We did not stay at the hotel.

Reason for it whole weekend pool was unavailable Saturday it was getting shocked/clean and that it would be open Sunday at 9 am. Sunday morning comes around and now it’s not bc it’s getting cleaned…? We believe the first girl in morning just didn’t want to do things she didn’t want to refill the cups just use the coffee cups and we believe she just didn’t want to unlock the pool. We paid for weekend got a hotel with pool and never got to go in it due to it being cleaned the whole weekend I can see Sunday closing it and cleaning but Saturday and Sunday?

We were visiting family and I wanted a hotel that provided breakfast. I was so happy when we went to the breakfast room the first morning. There were several choices: waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast. Everything was stocked even though we were at the end of the time frame.

The first view of the room was ok, definitely not the ritz Carlton but it seemed to serve its purpose. Upon the longer visual of the room, there were a lot of things wrong with the room. We had asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any extras, I wanted to exchange the one they had given us because it was like it was stuffed with rocks. Lumpy and hard. We went out and bought a cheap coffee pot because the one in the room was a joke. There were dead bugs everywhere and lots of broken things. We wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend unless there was a major revamp or new ownership. To someone who might seem to care.

Water was not hot for shower and when told they told us to ask our next door rooms to turn on there shower to warm up the water! Bathroom light stopped working after the 1st day, we were told multiple times they didn’t have clean towels when we requested clean towels for showers .

The property was so inappropriate, only one flat pillow on each bed, the shower in dirty disrepair. Spoke to the front desk and canceled my reservation and we found another hotel. The front desk lady was nice enough and stated she would not charge my card. The pictures on the website do not represent justly with this property looked like.

No hot water. Have to run water in sync and shower for 5 mins to get any warm water for shower. Towels were never replaced during my 4 days stay. Had to go to front desk to fetch towels myself. Room was never cleaned even once during my 4 days stay - though reminded cleaning lady to come after 3 pm. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Would not recommend - hope Expedia does better job at listings

We had no cable tv the whole time we were there.. i called no one would answer me, i tolf the front desk the next day, still nothing. We had no hot water in the shower either. Dont recommended at all.. very upset

The stay was okay, I will never stay here again. The swimming pool was filthy, outside was okay. The beds were very uncomfortable woke up with the worst back axhe. The bathroom door you could not close due to door being broken. The bathtub had stains I was afraid to step in the tub with bare feet.

Terrible condition. There was no breakfast!. Internet was terrible. The overall condition was bad. I had 2 bath towels. When I walked to the office to get hand towel and wash cloth, she said sorry, MAYBE at 7am in the morning.

The A/c worked well but the carpet smelled musty, tissues ran out and they didnt have anymore, we needed extra towels but they didnt have any, the pool was green and unusable, made us wait an extra hour to check in, shower worked but was old and stained, water pipes made loud noises in the wall, there was no food left at breakfast at 8am

The staff is a real asset here. The front desk personnel went out of their way to be accommodating during a difficult situation -- tropical storm Beryl. Their cleaning crew starts early in the morning, gathering laundry and efficiently cleaning rooms and exterior areas -- not something you find at many establishments these days. Thank you. The staff was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise difficult experience.

Booked the hotel online. Arrived to a line of people all being told by the front desk that there was a problem with the online booking app and there were no rooms available. Not what I wanted to hear at midnight.

i liked nothing about this place incompetent staff messed up shower running water all night not enough linen no working phone hair dryer caught fire and they did nothing about it and on top of that they gave me a key to a room someone was already in and we could have gotten when we opened the door and they refused to even comp me a room said it will be fixed on Mon I am here for the weekend
