Staff was either very friendly or on their phones. The restaurant was in transition so didn't have a lot of menu or drink items. Ordered food and when it came, some of the condiments were not available that usually come with it. I got a sorry, if I would have known i would have told you before. Only ate half because of it - no discount or replacement option.

We enjoyed our stay on this very nice property. We plan to stay again here when we come back for additional training at ThedaCare hospital. The warm chocolate chip cookies at night are the bomb! :)

The ice machine tray in lobby needs to be cleaned regularly, it looked like stuff was growing , gross, also garbage inside & outside wouldn’t get emptied daily & was overflowing

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the lobby was well kept, the restaurant was very good and the service was great! Plus, they allowed us to check in a little earlier! Great experience!
