From the phone call conversation, the front desk staff, the bell man, the room, the dining options, the varieties of food was excellent. I wish I could take home all the staff. They treated me and my friends as guests not anything else. I was happy I chose this location to have our girls vacation. My overlooking the ocean was magnificent. I could go on and on with all the positives but experiencing it is a different level of happiness.

Really enjoyed my stay at Samsara Cliff’s resort. I stayed there a few days in November and it was everything I wished for and more. It was so convenient as it was close to all the bars and restaurants in Negril. It also had its own kitchen and other amenities on the property. As such, you don’t have to leave the property to have fun/enjoy your getaway; that’s totally up to you. I’d definitely go back!!!

The food was EXCELLENT!!!!. It was the biggest highlight of the trip. The customer service was awesome. Now the room decure was just ok, and there is not alot to do on the property except sleep and eat and jump in the pool. And everything locks off really early. By 10pm its a deadzone. If you like going to bed early then this is definitely the place for you. We had to find fun elsewhere ....

Great property, very friendly staff, some of the rooms are a little old (chipped paint etc..) but still clean, the food was good not as good as some of the restaurants outside the resort but it was good! The bartender Tina had great suggestions on what to try and where to check out and had an overall wonderful attitude towards everyone. We will be back!

Got there and the apartment i booked wasnt available and had to take separate rooms whichbtook an hour to get into. Staff wasnt friendly which sucked (but the owner was) since we got caught in a tropical storm and they were the only ppl around. Once we left it was better. New rooms were nice. The toilet is way to close to the sink in the bathrooms but still a nice bathroom. Love that the balconies are blocked from the next rooms view. Glad I didnt pay for all inclusive. Its a beautiful place, maybe ill try it again another time.

This is a nice peaceful place- if you came to unwind and getaway from noise and people this is the place. It was nice - not bad at all… food was limited and the schedule wasn’t what we are used to but food was good. No pool towels so bring your own. You have to buy bottled water if you don’t want a cup. No in room amenities. Again not what we are accustomed to but not bad.

I loved the property and rooms overall…..beautiful! The staff and customers service at the bar was horrible. I went twice and the second day the bartender was so rude and unprofessional I did not return to the bar or restaurant the remainder of my stay. All of the other staff was friendly and great but that one ruined it for me. I would not return or recommend based on that alone.

Property needs alot of work! We had lots of rain and the ceiling was leaking. Shower head wouldn't stop dripping. No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, fridge, iron and ironing board; the essentials I normally have access to at a hotel! The workers were GREAT!! Felt like home always!! The view was amazing!!! Needs alot of work though!

Everyone was really nice. This is a no frills resort. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner,soap, blow dryer (if you don't want to ask the front desk to use theres). You are basically paying for the insanely beautiful view and nice staff. The rooms are good for the price. The ackee and salt fish is to die for here.
