Cold showers every day

I arrived at the hotel on Friday 14th Feb to find there was no hot water. After a cold shower the next morning, I complained to reception and a maintenance man was sent to my room. By the evening, I still had no hot water, so had another cold shower. When I went to reception to complain the following morning, there were two guests that were furious, as they said they had no hot water for their entire 5 day visit. I realised that the receptionist had been dishonest when she sent someone to look at my shower, as there was no hot water throughout the hotel and this had been an issue for days. The receptionist assured me that the plumber was on site and I would have hot water by the end of the day. I asked to see the manager, but was continuously told that she was not on site. When I had no hot water the following morning, I went to the reception to make yet another complaint and I ran into the manager by chance. I asked for a refund so that I could move to another hotel. She assured me that the plumber was on site and there would be hot water by the end of the day. This did not happen. It was not until Tuesday night that some rooms had hot water. I had to use the shower in another room to get hot water. However, it was back to cold water the following morning. I got hot water on Wednesday night and Thursday morning before it was back to cold on Thursday night. When I left on Friday, there was no hot water. This is totally unacceptable, the hotel should be removed from your website and all others. There have been problems with the hot water from December, which the hotel has known about and the hotel has continued to take money from innocent customers like myself, knowing that they cannot supply a basic thing as hot water. They offered a 15% discount for each night that we did not have hot water but when I went to claim my discount, I was told that I had to claim it back from the agent that I booked with. I argued against this, as the money that I paid has already been passed to the hotel, but they refused to credit my card. I assume I will never see this discount.

Great boutique get away

issue's with Air conditioning that took 3 days to fix, not great in hot weather conditions. Beach was amazing and the hotel definitely stood out as one of the more boutique hotels in Negril which was nice. Be aware that after 9:30/10pm it is very hard to get dinner as everything closes, restaurants, room service etc etc. Besides this is a great place to stay and i had a wonderful holiday
