Sandy Haven Resort offers 35 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature iPod docking stations and minibars. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. 32-inch LCD televisions come with premium cable channels. Great location. Right on the beach. Only one restaurant which was very dark. We always at at the outdoor dining restaurant next door at Cocolapalm. I expected more for the price.

I love the staff - Pops, Dwight, and everyone. Proximity to the beach is awesome. You're only few feet away from the water. Love the fact eateries, restaurants, and bars are all walkable on the 7-mile beach. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were courteous, friendly, respectful, and helpful. I felt safe on the beach and on the property. Update outdoor furnitures: umbrellas and 4 gazebo like lounge area. The pool and hot tub should be cleaned and opened year round for all guests. They were closed during my stay. Suggestion: Add a microwave to the room. My interaction with your staff and the beach were the highlights of my stay.

The first room they gave me the AC barely worked and when i took a shower it backed up and water started pouring out of the ceiling. The 2nd room they gave me stank of mildew. I had to bleach the entire shower because mold was everywhere. The towels were dingy tan and that was clean. The sheets were thread bare. The furniture in the room was swollen with moisture damage. The television didn't work and any time i opened my room curtain the workers at the bar motioned to each other to look. The worst part was we kept having to go out and move our car because there wasn't adequate parking. The pool was dirty the entire time i was there 7 days August 6-13th. The owner of this place needs to get it together because this could be a very nice hotel if they fix it up. The best part was it's right on the beach.

This place a such a nice quiet place to stay if you want quiet. Not many food options but the staff was so nice and friendly that it didn’t matter. I was recommend updating to key cards instead of physical keys like back in the day☺️
