We really liked the closeness of the beach . Breakfast was pretty basic for a four star hotel. The staff always seemed busy keeping tables cleaned at breakfast. The laminate flooring was a bit cheap looking and some things needed updating . The cleaning staff and waiters and waitresses were always busy and done a good job .

location good. staff un friendly and.rigid. asled for two cups to take to our room and was refused. after much haggling on.my.part was given one cup and told they restaurant would be short if they were to give two cups to be used in the room.

Good hotel, beds not terribly comfy.

Breakfast ok, food from bar is very good. Great hotel overall with a great location.

Ranta todella lähellä ja hotellissa on kaksi vaihtoehtoista uima-allasta, etenkin kattoallas oli mieleemme. Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka keskustaan ja Balcón de Europalle oli sopivan pituinen. Hotellin ravintola oli ok ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Wifi toimi vaihtelevasti ja siihen piti joka kerta kirjautua uudestaan. Sen lisäksi puhtaus ei ollut ihan sataprosenttista ja ilmastoinnin kautta kuului hyvin muiden huoneiden elämän äänet, mutta muuten hyvä hotelli.
