How to find Alp Ell:





The Toggenburg is located in the middle of eastern Switzerland, a good hour's drive from Zurich and the airport. 





From the south of Germany:
Via Bregenz and St. Margrethen on the A13 to Haag, then direction Toggenburg / Wildhaus or Constance to Wil.





From the greater Zurich area:
Direction Rapperswil, then over the Rickenpass to Wattwil or via Winterthur in the direction of Wil / Wattwil / Toggenburg.





Public transport:
In Toggenburg, you can also travel by public transport. The routes Wil-Neusslau and St Gallen - Lichtensteig are accessible by train. And there are bus connections almost everywhere.

In the winter months December - March you have to go from Krummenau with the chairlift up to the Alp ELL.
From there it is still about 300 meters straight on foot to the Alp.
You can report a transport to the train for the luggage, which bring everything to the hut.
