The front desk and management were kind, professional efficient. I was let into my room early my checkout was 2 hrs. later. Breakfast was good; location excellent,cleaning staff professional/efficient. Would definitely stay here again recommend it to others.

Our stay at the Cappadocia Caves Hotel in Göreme was nothing short of magical! The hotel itself is a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort, with rooms beautifully carved into the rock, providing an authentic cave experience that’s both cozy and luxurious. The views from the terrace were simply breathtaking—watching the sunrise with hot air balloons dotting the sky was a memory we’ll cherish forever. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was a generous spread of fresh, local delights, from delicious cheeses and olives to homemade jams and fluffy pastries. Everything was beautifully presented, and the flavors were just incredible. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the fairy chimneys made it even more special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations for tours and activities in the area. If you’re planning a trip to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying at the Cappadocia Caves Hotel. The combination of a unique cave experience, fantastic service, and a perfect breakfast made our stay unforgettable.

Its a good hotel overall. The location was good. Only issue (nothing major) was that the dust keeps falling from the walls. Anything you keep close to the walls including the bedding gets filled with wall dust within hours. So had to keep all lugguage away from walls and even sleep on the opposite side of the bed as the headbord side of the bed that is close to the wall gets filled with dust overnight. One thing I learned is to book direct with hotel where ever possible because expedia makes it harder to make any changes even if the hotel wants to accomodate changes.

Cappadocia Caves Hotel is a very good hotel located in the centre of Goreme. The rooms are big and comfortable in the style of caves. The breakfast is wide selection of cold foods and a small selection of hot food. The hotel is a quaint and enjoyable. A very nice stay!

The City is Amazing overall but Hotel is just Okay, There is no service once you get inside the caves the Wifi is barely working. The Bathroom Smells really bad makes me don’t even want to shower or even get in it at all. The only great thing about this Hotel is the breakfast. -Please rent a Car at your arrival or even do it online before your arrival, Private rides are overpriced.

It's very good right in Goreme town, with easy access to all activities in Cappadocia and lots of cats all around the cafe, they serve excellent Turkish breakfast and the staff is very helpful in getting you the dishes

Avoid!
I avoid writing negative reviews unless my experience is exceptionally poor. My experience with this hotel is one such example, and I feel compelled to warn fellow travellers before they book. The hotel is centrally located and the terrace has a nice view of the city and that's about it. The images on the booking platform were highly deceiving. Our room was dark and gloomy and with the window open it was too noisy. To make things worse, the AC didn't work during our entire stay. The duvet was way too small to cover two adults. The hair dryer was completely useless, only making loud noise without functioning. The breakfast was below average, and the staff were cold and unwelcoming. It's no surprise that we didn't receive a response when we requested an airport transfer via email prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, this was by far the most uncomfortable stay of our entire trip to Turkey. We won't be returning nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone else.
