Perfect location due to its proximity to restaurants and shops, terraces are beautiful and are the perfect spots for sunrise/sunset/balloon watching. Rooms are nice and clean with modern amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in one of the suites at Carus Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The suite was incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind. The bathroom was a standout feature—large and well-appointed, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, ensuring a refreshing experience after a day of exploring. The staff at Carus Hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their helpfulness and attentiveness truly made a difference, making me feel welcomed and valued. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine that I couldn't get enough of! Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect for those looking to explore Cappadocia. It’s conveniently walkable to various restaurants and attractions, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. Very convenient location, close to everything dining, shops, tours. We got a classic cave room and it came with a big tub and separate shower and toilet. They give you 2 free bottled water per day and nespresso coffee is refilled daily. Breakfast spread is great and you can request how you wanna cook your eggs. Fatma is great and always greets you with a smile!

Located in the heart of Gerome, Turkey, Carus Cappadocia offers exceptional service and stunning views of Cappadocia. Despite being near the first floor, our balcony provided spectacular morning views of the hot air balloons. The dining experience was equally impressive, with attentive service, a diverse breakfast selection, and exquisite evening flavors. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Fatima. She not only remembered each guest but also thoughtfully catered to individual needs and dietary preferences, adding a special touch to our experience.

My husband and I stayed at Carus for 2 nights and it was amazing. Such a warm welcome by the staff - they even arranged a hot air balloon for us last minute (via Brother Ballon - which we also recommend). The room was so unique but had all elements of a luxury hotel (slippers, robes, Nespresso). Breakfast was also delicious. The location is wonderful as we were able to walk around the town for lunch and dinner. Pool and sauna are a bit small but maintained very well.

A lovely hotel with great amenities but I was in the second to last room that had no views and was quite dark. Also there was a generator behind the room that hummed constantly so sleep was not easy and I could also hear music and traffic that passed behind the end of the hotel. Getting heavy luggage up and down will be a challenge. Staff were okay, some were better than others.

The beautiful hotel was very impressive and met our needs. The staff was very helpful, and we were particularly impressed with Fatma as our breakfast server, the woman who greeted us on each of the three occasions when we had dinner at the Carus and the dinner staff in general. Surprisingly, the hotel had no laundry service which forced us to ask around town for suggestions. The laundry guy that we located did an excellent job for only 700 lira, but when I recommended him to one of the night clerks the clerk told me that the Carus does not partner with outside companies. I found this to be odd and inconvenient for a hotel of Carus’ quality. A minor point, but there was an annoying banging sound whenever we opened the bathroom door and it collided with the wall. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Carus.
