I really enjoyed the ameneties at the hotel. the breakfast could have been better. The service at the restaurant was absolutely awful, but that wouldn`t stop me from going back. I like the price and room size.

Excellent location. Pleasant and helpful owner/staff at reception. Rustic feel to the property. Breakfast quality could use an upgrade. Great views from higher floors, but no lift/elevator, so can be tiresome.

Good location, restaurants and shops easily accessible. Reception staff helped to book excursions at short notice. The bathroom facilities had a bad smell, possibly old pipes but problem was ‘rectified’ by opening windows leaving the property open to anyone. Otherwise lovely staff and a good hotel.

Property was great, but our cave room was was unpleasant to stay in due to the ceiling disintegrating or shedding all over the room. Would not stay here again, maybe the non cave rooms don’t have this issue. Cave room ceilings need to be sealed or something.

I had amazing stay there. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect- not too closed to the crowed but near all hot attraction so we can easily walk there anytime. The morning buffet is so fresh and delicious. And they have the best cappuccino. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

I loved this property. The views are outstanding. The hot air balloons fly down so close to the hotel, they actually fly low enough to where you’re waving and saying good morning to each other. The staff are so helpful and the breakfast is wonderful. The internet connection was great. I enjoyed my stay there absolutely and would most definitely stay there again. Those views are unbelievable and so relaxing. Loved it.

The hotel felt really private, whilst being in the centre of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was great and reflective of traditional Turkish food with plenty of options. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Watching the balloons in the morning was a special experience. Wish I had time to swim in the pool!

Very well converted stone property with spacious rooms and lovely 360 deg views from the public terraces. Great for viewing the spectacular hot air balloons which lift off in the town below and pass by in great numbers close to the hotel - a wonderful sight at sunrise.
