Relaxing stay by the lake
We had a wonderful time staying here. It is a very comfortable, clean, and accommodating house! There are plenty of games to play for your friends and family to enjoy. A nice bonus was being able to see the lake slightly from the balcony. Also only 10 minutes away from the river!

Yearly river trip
The property was very impressive. All bedrooms were downstairs and the cooling was great! The upstairs was so open and perfect for entertaining. The owner was prompt in his replies and accommodating. Planning on staying again next year!

We were attending a wedding at the Preserve and needed an accommodation that was close and able to accommodate 8 people. This residence did both for us! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was great! Great stay!!!!

Great family vacation
We took a trip to get all the kids together for the weekend and it was a blast. We all had a great time. The ping pong table was well used and pool table was too. Having dinner and breakfast out on the deck was nice and the herd of deer flowing through the neighborhood was a nice surprise. Once the clouds cleared my grandson LOVED seeing all the stars which he doesn't get to see in the city. Would make a return trip anytime. Thanks for the great house!

Great location! Upstairs was awesome! However the a/c went out so we we forced to stay down in the bedrooms and /or go somewhere else for the day while being repaired. Could use a new coat of paint and a better grill. Also lost water for an hour. All most unfortunate but it happened. Owner very receptive to our issues.

The house was fantastic and very nice and we all had a great time! ! The game room was awesome, the kitchen was fantastic and did us well for cooking breakfast and supper! ! The rooms were perfect and had plenty of beds for the friends and I! ! Will definitely think about renting this property again in the future if available around our next vacation.

Great family getaway
There were 10 of us for this family getaway. Eight adults and two children and plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the home. The home was stocked with board games and videos as well as kitchen necessities. We just brought our food and excitement to have quality family time. We would absolutely book this home again.

Fantastic Fun House
This house was absolutely perfect for our group. All the games upstairs (basketball shooting game, pool, fooseball, ping pong) were perfect to keep us entertained when it started raining on us. We loved the layout of the house; all bedrooms are downstairs, common areas upstairs. I was expecting there to be easy lake access, but there wasn't, which ended up being no big deal. We traveled into New Braunfels to hang out on the river which was a short drive (and picture perfect). communication with the owner (Ken) was seamless; he texted with check in information, and when we (thought we) had problems, he responded quickly. Absolutely loved this house and would rent again.

Perfect for large families!
We had trouble finding somewhere to house my husband and I plus three married daughters. This place was perfect! We had a blast with all the games and had plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful deck to grill out. This home had everything we needed! Plus close to Gruene for nice Saturday lunch and shopping.

Amazing house!
Upon arriving to the house the hosts graciously showed us around and explained the house to us. He came back and actually gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday celebration. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and everything else we would need. Upstairs was the perfect place to hang out have a great time! The wrap around porch was great as was the fire pit! Amazing place to stay!
