Looking for a spot for a large group? Look no further than Guadalupe River Getaway! This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests, with 3000 square feet of living space and over 140 feet of beautiful riverfront!

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a fireplace, smart TV, and plush sectional sofa, while the home's sliding glass doors make sure the river never leaves your sight. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials needed to prepare that perfect vacation meal. While the home is designed for friends and family to gather, the bedrooms allow for separation and privacy when needed.

Downstairs is where you'll find the master suite with a king-size bed, attached full bathroom, and deck access. The second downstairs bedroom features a king-size bed and twin bed. The third downstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed. Downstairs is where you'll also find the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth downstairs bedroom features two full/twin bunk beds. There is also access to the third full bathroom. Upstairs is where you'll find the fifth bedroom which includes two full beds and one twin bed as well as the fourth full bathroom. There is also a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.

Outside is just as beautiful as the inside. The large back porch overlooks the huge lawn and river, or walk down to the riverside deck where you can take in one of the most beautiful areas of the Guadalupe River. You'll also find a gas grill on the back patio.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 15 guests. We manage several nearby properties and often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.

Friends Getaway
My fiance and I are in our mid-40s, and our friends wanted to give us a chill & relaxed combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend. This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 couples. Everyone had their own room and we were very comfortable. You can't beat the location on River Rd. We would love to come back next year!

Great and Pleasant stay at this Cabin house near Canyan Lake
It was very nice location and pleasant stay at this Cabin house located in New Braunfels, TX (near by Canyan Lake). The price seemed to be high. Otherwise, the house was more comfortable and the owner was really very friendly and responding to all our questions in timely manner. Great Stay during the year end !!

Good family vacation
Plenty of beds, two refrigerators, AC works great! It’s a older home and not luxury but it’s good for the price. It was easier to enter the river from the left side of the deck, the right side is extremely rocky. We had a large group and everyone had fun!

Perfect for family gatherings
We reunited with family from 3 different cities here and the house was perfect and comfortable for all! The proximity to the river is amazing. Was so easy to go out and stomp around on the river with the little kids, and then easy to throw in some tubes that we rented nearby and laze around on the water whenever we wanted. Our favorite was sitting by the campfire every evening, enjoying the stars and the sound of the river. We found all the beds to be comfortable, the kitchen adequately stocked (and nice and large), the temp easy to control, all the bathrooms worked well, linens were great, and house was very clean. Would love to come back next year!!

Perfect for large groups! Would stay again!
We just LOVED this location - perfect spot on the river and we brought with us our inflatable kayaks that worked great to launch from the property and then kayak around. Loved both the deck by the house and the deck down by the river and we had lovely fires and smores each night at the fire pit. We had 2 families and grandparents with us - so 6 adults and 5 kids and the space worked great. House just needs some minor TLC like outlet covers and drawers missing handles in the kitchen and the bedroom next to the kitchen is quite noisy/squeaky to sleep on but all other bedding was quite comfortable and not noisy. Loved the 2 fridges and washer and dryer and kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. Thanks and would stay again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It was the perfect place and setting for our family to gather for the most important event in my daughter’s life, her college graduation. We truly enjoyed our stay here and the morning view was overwhelming. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Our only complaint is your neighbors little dogs. They ran over, barking, towards us as we were enjoying the outdoors, on the back patio. Your neighbor was outside, They scared my elderly mother-in-law and one actually bit my sister-in-law. Out of respect for you, and any relationship you may have with your neighbors, we did not report it to animal control. Then as we were packing our cars to leave, they came out again, this time in the front yard. So we had to wait for them to go back inside in order to continue loading our vehicles. Again, Thank you for Sharing your home for others to enjoy.

Beautiful river, but property needs improvement
The inside of the house was clean (though we did have 2 roaches), but the outside was not as advertised. It hadn't been picked up after the storm hit the week before our arrival. Although they did offer to come clean it up, I felt like it should have been done before our arrival. There were also no chairs on the deck by the water. They did bring chairs, which I greatly appreciated, but the continual having to text back and forth was a disruption. What we liked about this was the number of beds and the comfortable furniture.

Family vacation
We have been traveling to New Braunfels for years every summer. This year we chose this property so we could stay on the river. It was perfect! We played games on the deck, cooked out, dropped our kayaks in. We had a blast. The only thing missing was a tire swing and lights down by the river deck. We would definitely choose this cabin again!

Poorest customer service I've ever experienced.
Internet was not working at house. Management company kept insisting it was and wanted us to fix it diagnose it. I rented a property with a list of working amenities. I didn't rent a property to work on there property for them. I stay in numerous properties a tear thru VRBO and AIRBNB and by far this was the worst customer service I've experienced. This experience will not be forgotten. Very disappointed knowing VRBO has a relationship with this management company.

Grammies River Weekend
We rented this property so our family (3 siblings, their families and our parent) could all gather in one place to celebrate our moms birthday together. This property was perfect! Slept exactly what was listed with room to spare. This part of the river is very popular as we has a lot of fisherman visiting the shelf across the river. For a late January weekend there were quite a few water enthusiasts enjoying the river. It was a wet and foggy weekend for us but we were able to enjoy all the amenities. Will definitely schedule again this summer when we can enjoy the outdoors more.
