Quaint on the Comal is a freshly remodeled, superbly elegant, 1 bedroom condo on the Comal River. This condo is the perfect place for that romantic getaway you have been dreaming about. A large picture window in the living room and sliding glass doors in the bedroom look out onto the Comal River. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening wine on the patio watching the river and wildlife. Less than a mile from downtown, you can walk to bars, restaurants, and theaters. Rockin' R River Rides is just down the street for your floating adventures. Or, bring your own tubes and walk across the street to the Garden Street bridge for a relaxing float back to the condo. Historic Gruene is a short 3-mile drive away, and the San Marcos Outlet malls are a quick 15 miles up I 35 for a day of shopping.

Cozy yet spacious, this romantic condo has everything you need. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV with cable, and free wifi. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked will all modern appliances, coffee maker, and plenty of dishware, cookware, and utensils for dining in. You'll sleep comfortably on the brand new beautifully dressed king bed and enjoy plenty of room for your belongings in the large walk-in closet. The bedroom also includes a TV. You'll find his and hers sinks in the bathroom vanity and a stunning newly remodeled walk-in shower.

There is an assigned covered parking space for the unit, and the door is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed with a unique code for each stay. No keys to keep up with! Arrive, let yourself in, and make yourself at home!

Destination Wedding Delight!
We flew in from Florida for a Destination wedding for some friends at The Chapel in New Braunfels. Deborah was INCREDIBLE at communicating with us. This condo is perfectly centered and is within walking/driving distance for anything you could possibly want to do. The condo was so clean and nicely furnished. The king sized bed was divine! We felt right at home. The key code entry was so easy and honestly more convenient than trying to keep track of keys all weekend. I would absolutely return to this condo again and recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing get away! Thank you Deborah!

We stayed here 4 nights. Originally we booked for three but we were luckily able to extend an extra night. Deborah was so helpful and the communication was great. The place is really nice. We cooked several meals in the well -equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We will look to stay here again when we come back to town.

Beautiful condo on the river
Our flight was delayed and didn’t get there until late, the place was immaculate, very clean, comfortable and welcoming! We were there to visit family, this was the perfect location! The weather was great, we even soaked in the hot tub after a long day. I would recommend to anyone😄

Perfect small condo with all the amenities you need. I really appreciated the modern, refreshed space. Everything is of nice quality and the space is very comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee each morning on the small patio overlooking the river. It is a quiet time of year in NB and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

The condo was a surprise stay for my wife and she absolutely loved it. Quiet spot for a getaway outside of summer. Its a quick walk from Schlitterbahn and within a few minutes of gruene for some excellent dining and shopping. Lovely space, well maintained and a joy.

My grandmother arrived later in the evening in her car. Didn’t get to put a parking pass in it until early the next morning to find the car towed. Didn’t get any help with it. Took us all day to get it back with a $300 payment. Ruined our trip

Perfect Vacation
The location of this condo is amazing. It was everything and more than what was described. Our check in was an easy process and even got lots of good advice from the host as far as things to do and see. Had one issue with breaker tripping on us twice however contacted the host and fixed the issue. We loved the fact you went across the street and put in with your tube and floated right back to our condo. Also, the fact we could walk to restaurants near by. Thanks for a great stay…. Good location, no complaint
We booked this stay while in the area so we could float the comal. We ended up booking through a company for the full length experience, but had we had tubes, there was an option we could have walked to and went back up at the property. That option would've been about 30ish minutes at a time and would've worked great. Overall the place was nice, and had everything we needed, the bedroom was massive and the bed was comfy. Not sure what else anyone would need in a stay like this. The column for the covered spot can be close to the parking spot, but we were able to park a full size SUV next to the neighbors full size truck easy enough. We will probably book here again in the future!
