The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The room was clean and cozy. We didn’t get to use the pools this time but plan to on our next visit. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was fine, clean and in good repair, though older. The only issue was the train tracks that ran about 40 feet from our front door and the large number of trains that came through at all times of the day and night.

The pools aren’t working, the photos look nothing like reality, we even found underwear with a pad at the room’s door—it feels like a deserted place, literally a scam, nothing like the advertisement. I wouldn’t recommend this resort even to my worst enemy. We arrived, checked in, and when we saw the place, it was nothing like what was posted. I left immediately, and they refused to refund my money. I wasted my time, lost fuel, and faced the frustration of a ruined trip.

Fantastic
We booked a stay at the lofts, and it was fantastic. Super Clean, full kitchen, great view of the river and trees. The pillows were a little too firm, but other than that everything was great. The location is even better, it's less than a 1/2 mile walk to downtown with great shops, restaurants and antiquing!
