The Break is perfectly located in the charming seaside village of New Brighton and truly lives up to its name, providing a tranquil retreat for leisurely days spent relaxing with multiple entertaining spaces, a huge combined living and kitchen area, and a sparkling swimming pool, with the beach just over the fence.

At the heart of the home is a huge open plan kitchen and living space complete with plush sofas and plenty of seating at the island bench, meticulously designed to be the natural gathering spot of the home. The Break makes entertaining easy no matter the size of your group, with a thoughtfully laid out kitchen that will be a dream to prepare meals in.

Flowing out from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table on the outdoor deck that will ensure mealtimes are focused on gathering and creating memories. An outdoor fireplace, complete with comfy seating, is both indulgent yet practical for cooler nights, and is the perfect place to slowly wake up with your morning coffee or the ideal spot to sit back at the end of a beach-filled day to watch the sunset.

A glorious master suite offers glimpses of the ocean through a wall of windows which not only takes full advantage of the beautiful vistas on display but also fills the room with natural light and coastal breezes. And with a private ensuite, comfortable bed and luxurious bedding completing the space, the master suite is the perfect retreat to welcome you at the end of the day.

Downstairs has been designed for having fun with a pool table, kitchenette and a massive lounging couch, an ideal place to stretch out for an afternoon nap while enjoying the refreshing sea breezes, all flowing out onto a second expansive deck and straight to the pool.

Additional features include an outdoor barbecue, a total of three bathrooms plus powder room, outdoor shower to wash off after trips to the beach, parking onsite, outdoor play equipment for younger children and a huge backyard that has been fully landscaped with established plants and automated wifi-enabled garden lights.

Perfectly positioned within walking distance of New Brighton beach, The Break is the ideal family home offering privacy away from neighbours and the ultimate escape where you can listen to the sound of waves crashing on the shore.

For the moments you aren’t soaking up the sun, The Esplanade and N Head Road are conveniently close by for a great selection of trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and shops while the Ocean Shores Country Club is open for a hit of golf. The Ocean Village Shopping Centre offers specialty stores, a bakery and tavern and is about a five-minute drive away.

A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Family Gathering
Immediately felt like we were on holiday when we walked into this property, lovely furnishings, neat and tidy - perfect spot for our family get together! Access to the beach just a stroll across the road. We all loved it and would definitely want to go back in the future.
