Relax you’re on lake time. There is no need to worry about parking -- plenty of it. If commuting from Chicago on AMTRAK, leave the car at home -- this condo is just a short walk from the train platform and walking distance to shops, restaurants, marina, and the beach. This condo has everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing stay: Two bedrooms/2 baths with bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and bedroom 2 having a queen-size bed plus a full bunk bed set. Flat-screen TVs are provided in both bedrooms. When it comes time to head out the beach time, there are 2 beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, beach toys, and an umbrella.

Two swimming pools are available. One on the top floor overlooking the Marina and the other, an indoor pool located on the ground floor. As a bonus, there's also a state-of-the-art fitness center and shower on the same floor/area. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day- Labor Day weather permitting.


The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in the front of the building.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
