The space
This beautiful, light filled airy house is great to host groups of all sizes and extended family.

Located in New Haven's Beaver Hills, this massive house boasts 6 bedrooms as well as semi private spaces to setup more beds for larger groups .
It is perfectly located on a quiet residential area close to Southern University, Downtown New Haven, Yale, Tweed.

The space:

Entrance Level:
-A large cozy living room with smart TV, sofa and arm chairs.
-A dining room with table that can seat up to 10 people. Additional chairs can be provided upon request.
- A breakfast nook that seats 3-4 people right near the coffee station.
- kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. (All utensils are provided as well as coffee, basic condiments)
- A half bathroom
- covered porch and backyard.

Second Level:
Master Bedroom #1: The Master bedroom has 1 King bed as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2: 1 King Bed as well as a desk that can be setup as a work station.
Bedroom #3: 2 Full size Beds
Bedroom #4: 2 full size beds as well as 2 trundle twin beds.
Shared bathroom with a bathtub.
All bedrooms have closets with hanging space and shelves/drawers.

Third Level (Only unlocked for larger bookings of 7+ guests)
Bedroom #5: 2 Full size beds
Bedroom #6: 2 full size beds

For even larger groups, additional rollaway beds can be setup in bedrooms or semi private areas such as the basement or attic.

Basement level has a washer and dryer as well as a kids play area with toys.

Included with your stay is: Parking, WiFi, Central heating or air conditioning, towels and linens, paper towels and toilet paper, bath soap, cooking supplies and coffee (k-cups) are provided.

Self check in/check out.
