Huge skylights cast light into every room of this stunning two bedroom apartment. Located within walking distance of Yale's campus, this is the perfect place to spend a weekend, month, or entire semester. Skylight is newly renovated and has central air, washer/dryer, fast wifi, a large kitchen, and easy parking. Set on a quiet tree-lined street, this is the perfect place for your New Haven visit. This is a private 3rd floor apartment in a three family home. It was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed. There is also an air mattress available upon request.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you'll need to feel at home including:

This property is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in New Haven. It is very clean and comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. We had everything we needed. We really liked this place. We travel a lot to New Haven, and plan on using this place again whenever it’s available.

Home Away From Home
We stayed for 5 weeks to attend our son’s first 6 Yale football games. Colin snd Shelley were great hosts. They always addressed our questions, needs and concerns quickly. The apartment is just as described. It’s very comfortable and truly felt like our home away from home. The porch was the perfect fall reading spot. We walked to downtown easily and around the neighborhood with its charming markets and beautiful trees. Colin and Shelley even put out fall decorations on our front porch, complete with pumpkins and a bushel of hay! Thank you!
