If you want fresh finishes with a safe and unmatched location, look no further! Our secure (gated 8 ft fence, 8 security cameras and 24 hour private security patrol) and private 3 bedroom/4 full en suite bathroom listing is located on the first floor of our beautiful, newly restored home in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. The listing has its own private entrance and is completely private from the remainder of the home. We also want you to know that we treat our guests the way we would like to be treated on our vacations, like you are friends and family. We take care of any issues (if they arise) immediately.

The listing is located between Magazine St. with its wide array of shopping, dining, bars, art galleries and antiques and St. Charles Avenue with its historic New Orleans streetcar line. It is also just a 5-10 minute drive to the French Quarter, and a short walk to the uptown Mardi Gras parade route. In addition, at least four of the best restaurants in New Orleans are within 2-4 blocks from our home: Shaya, La Petite Grocery, Lillette, and Coquette. Many other great, casual restaurants and bars are also in the immediate vicinity.

Everything in this freshly renovated unit is new- all the beds, mattresses, furniture etc. This unit has an open living/dining/kitchen area with its own private full bathroom, complete with granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom; Bedroom 2 has one king bed and a private full bath; Bedroom 3 has one queen bed with a private full bathroom. That's right, every bedroom has its own private/full bathroom!! There is also another full bathroom off the living room! That's a total of 4 full bathrooms! The apartment is fully furnished and renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures, along with all the silverware, utensils, plates, and linens you will ever need during your stay being provided. Wifi internet access provided. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer is also in the apartment for your use (and a couple of detergent pods).

We provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and soap in each bathroom, as well as enough Keurig coffee pods for two days of coffee, sugar, spenda, creamer, etc for your coffee. There is also a full sized coffee pot with filters if you prefer, though you will need to provide your own coffee. If there is something that you may need during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide it!

Our family lives in the top 2 floors of the house, so we are on site to accommodate any needs you might have, and we love to help our visitors with local color on shopping, dining, and sightseeing, directions and other hot local tips. However, the unit has its own private entrance, so you will only interact with us if you need us. Because we live onsite, we make sure that the unit is spotless and clean, and that all the linens (including the comforters) are cleaned post each visit.

In order to alleviate any concerns you may have regarding your safety and security while you are staying in New Orleans, we have implemented several security measures. The property is surrounded by an eight foot iron gate and requires a private code to enter. We change the code after each guest leaves. In addition, we have security cameras around the property and a private security company patrols the neighborhood driving by our house every 5 minutes.

While none of our guests have every had any issues, our security cameras do cover the property for your ease of mind.

We are honest, professional long standing New Orleanians. If we accept your rental fee funds, then the rental is yours, period. That is how we roll.

House Rules:

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the apartment or property. Any smoking will result in immediate request to vacate with loss of deposit. Guests are also required to be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without advance permission from owners. No events, gathering or parties on the property. Quiet hours are 8pm-9am. These will be strictly enforced.

Enjoy uptown New Orleans. Walk to one of numerous restaurants or shops on nearby Magazine Street. Easy to drive or take bus down to the French Quarter. Jason was a great host. Available, but not intrusive. And finally, great central air. Would book again next time we go to New Orleans.

Had a great stay in the big easy. Property located a block from Magazine street with easy access to St Charles and Napoleon avenue. The unit is in the ground floor of a beautiful, historic home. There is street parking outside the gate and no steps are required to enter. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Perfect location for a wedding at Audubon.

The property and location was perfect for our group of three couples. The apartment had three en-suites and an additional 3/4 bathroom. Its location allowed easy access to several popular local restaurants and historical sites. Just what we needed!
We brought our 95 year old mom to New Orleans for a fun girls trip. The apartment was big and comfortable, plenty of room for us. The location was great, a nice neighborhood and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jason was a great host! He was friendly and helpful, and gave great recommendations. (Company Burger was delicious!!) if I ever went back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay there again.

Great NOLA stay
We really enjoyed our stay in this historic property, located in a charming historic neighborhood. My wife, son and father-in-law all expressed how much they enjoyed making this our home while in NOLA. Magazine Street was quite close, with shops and very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The unit was well furnished, spotless and charming. Everyone appreciated the well appointed en suite bathrooms. We spent much of our time at the World War II museum and found the unit to be a perfect comfortable resting spot after a day's tour. Having the host, Jason and family, living above was appreciated, as we received welcome tips and advice on how to make our visit more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to New Orleans.

Perfect Family stay

Unusual issue resolved quickly
During our stay, the fire/smoke alarms began one night. We went upstairs to contact the owner but no one was home. We called and left a voice message. An hr.or so later, he texted that he was on an airplane arriving shortly, and almost immediately got a call from his wife that she was picking him up. He arrived, had to contact an electrician but the problem was quickly dealt with. We were very satisfied with our stay, the location, and his responses.
