The overall experience here fell short. The host didn’t send check-in or check-out information - I had to contact support to request it, and even then the host didn’t reach out until day of. The phone numbers and the address on the listing were different than those given to me by the host, which was both a little terrifying and very confusing. There was no WiFi information provided prior to arrival - the host mentioned that there was supposed to be a WiFi/cable box on the floor in the living room, but there wasn’t one. She mentioned that things had been moved to the unit next door, and she told me over the phone which network to try, but the information wasn’t correct, so we had to do some sleuthing to figure it out ourselves. The living room had only a couch and the kitchen island had no stools. The listing details coffee maker - the only things in the house were towels, beds, and the couch. There wasn’t hand soap in the bathroom - no shampoo/toiletries of any kind, which was fine because we packed own. There was dish soap, but no plates of any kind, no cutlery, and no napkins/paper towels, and the faucet is leaky in the kitchen. I inquired about the plates and cutlery, but the host never responded to my messages after that. She seemed to prefer phone call which wasn’t convenient. The floor was gritty with dirt. The front door didn’t seem secure. There’s more but I’m out of space.Host asked if her real estate agent could stop in during our stay - but said we could say no.
