A Perfect Birthday Getaway
This was the perfect choice for my one week visit to New Orleans! It was my first time visiting and nearly all of the restaurants and bars I wanted to try were within a 20 minute walk. So pleased with the location and the unit itself! It's very spacious and it was nice to be able to relax and watch some tv while recovering from brunch. Everything was also very clean when we arrived and the check-in process was so simple. I was a little shocked after I settled in and realized how smoothly everything had gone -- usually there's always something! Also, when I had a question, Marigny responded very quickly. I definitely recommend this property and would return the next time i visit!

Convenient and Beautiful!
Fully equipped and just as pretty as its pictures! The refrigerator in this unit made me the envy of all the hotel goers in my party. Within walking distance to the French Quarter and super close to a streetcar stop, this property makes visiting all corners of New Orleans a snap!

Perfect location!
We purposely booked to miss the height of Mardi Gras, and wanted to be close enough to what was left of the craziness to enjoy it but far enough to get rest at night. We couldn’t have picked a Better condo to stay in. We felt secure, safe and comfortable. Even being off a main road we didn’t get a lot of road noise or street noise. We were close to food (say no more - Olive was a TREAT!!!!) and could easily walk to canal st or the French quarter. We ubered a few times and it was really easy to get picked up/dropped off. 10/10 would stay again! Cozy, just the right size, and plenty of household amenities!

Amazing place! I highly recommend it. It has everything you might need (full kitchen, washer/drier/iron, etc.) and even a white noise machine in case the cable train outside would bother you. The location is just perfect - close walk to many attractions and the city center but not too close to be crowded and noisy. I would book it again for sure.

Stylish and clean. Love the apartment and the building. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a rental. Was close to everything, but on a nice quiet street. Great value. Would stay here again.
