I really joyed my stay at this property. Everything was clean, spacious and interior design was excellent. However, outside was not well maintained, limited parking and external building needs a makeover.

The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. Sleeping at night could have been better if the air was working properly. The trashcans on the street seemed to have been used by others not at our property, and I did have to send a message to Hosteeva letting them know that the smell and flies were unbearable. Someone removed the Trash by the time we got back from our day. We had an issue with the door code not working, but figured it out before we left that day, and when we called they fixed the code while we were on the line, and it worked the rest of the week. At first glance the area may seem a bit "sketch", just be aware of your surroundings and it's fine. It's a great area close to the street car and an easy walk to Magazine and great restaurants and shops!

What an amazing location. The penthouse had 4 bedrooms, but it was just for my girlfriend and I. Had everything you ever wanted for 2-6 people. Very clean, easy access to everything and having a 24h Walgreens right down the street, helped in so many ways. I would have loved to sleep on the patio, but the crows love to make noise early in the morning. This is a 10/10 penthouse and the location is perfect! We walked around the area 2 days, one of those days, we walked to the Super Dome and walked back, and the rest of the time took an Uber, which was $10 to get to the French Quarter. Had a blast and you will love it!

Hosted my sister's 45th birthday in New Orleans and myself and four sisters stayed here during our long weekend. This turned out to be the perfect choice. Very spacious, well- lit and designed. Great for a family and or girls vacay. Would stay here again.
