Will book again!

This loft was a fantastic base for exploring New Orleans! The location couldn't have been better, with easy walking access to the Garden District and a quick drive to the French Quarter. The surrounding restaurants and shops were excellent, offering delicious food that pleased everyone in our family. The loft itself was a comfortable and relaxing open space, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the provided coffee, though bringing extra supplies is recommended. The in-unit washer was a lifesaver for traveling with a baby. While street parking isn't free, a secure lot nearby was very convenient. The loft's layout, with one bedroom open to the living area, was unique – our son enjoyed the open communication. We experienced some neighbor noise, but it was never disruptive. Overall, we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

decent stay, but room for improvement

We stayed here with our 16 y/o daughter for a volleyball tournament downtown for 4 nights. We had never been to NOLA before, so although we read reviews and researched the area, we weren't sure if we'd like it. The area is in the warehouse district, and we ended up loving it. Within walking distance to the convention center and felt very safe. Also lots of great food nearby. Ubers were also plentiful and within 2-4 minutes to arrive normally if we needed one. Check-in was very easy and directions clear. hosts were communicative until 9pm. We had some problems with the a/c in the upstairs for the first 2 nights though, and that was a bummer b/c we were hot. It wasn't fixed until day 3. They did refund us 20% of the 2 nights affected by the a/c. I will say, it's a cool loft style place and beds were comfortable. living room furniture is not very comfortable though, and the rug in living room is old and edges turned up. Cleanliness was prob 6/10. Could use some updating. Lamp in the master side table had a broken switch and the shade kept falling down. Also one lightbulb in master bathroom out when we got there. They did fix that though on day 2. Had coffee maker that worked fine, good fridge/freezer and washer & dryer was nice.

Wonderful warehouse living

The character of the building was preserved well, some other apartments in the area made from previous warehouses have totally lost the character. We went the first 18hours of being there with no internet service and a tub that would not drain. The manager was notified the next morning and responded immediately. The internet was corrected within a few hours and the tub matter resolved itself(drain may have been too tight). Maintenance never showed to check the matter. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we loved the character and location. I would recommend to others to stay at Constance Lofts. The overall experience was good and pleasing.

Warehouse district loft

Unbelievable location, right next to Rusty nail which is a cool spot. Walking distance from everything. Bed super comfortable. Love the loft but obviously 2 couples so one didn’t have a ton of privacy and the closets need a light. Outside of that loved it! Great place!
