All of the staff we spoke with was very kind and helpful! They are always quick to greet guests and assist when needed. I could not say enough good things about everyone! The hotel has had nice renovations and is very up to date. The hotel is in a very walkable location in the French Quarter. It’s a very busy area and it is quite loud at night. Highly recommend good ear plugs if you don’t have a courtyard room. That said I would absolutely stay here again since I think the noise is inevitable.
