Great space for our family Mardi Gras trip
The small condo was a perfect place for my family of four to land in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved being able to take advantage of the walkability with Magazine Street right there and St. Charles just a few short blocks away. We have friends we were visiting in the Irish Channel and hopping on the expressway to Mid-City is also super convenient from here. The bedroom is split with a 3/4 wall into 2 rooms sharing a full bath. Again, it was great for us - two parents and two kids, ages 8 and 10. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking at home and warming leftovers. The gated parking added extra peace of mind during a busy time in the city. We would be happy to rent again another time!

Great Value & Location
My family had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The layout, amenities and location make this a great value and my family of five was very comfortable. The location in the heart of the Magazine Street area and off-street parking are of particular note. We will definitely be back!

Great location
Awesome location within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Quick walk to St Charles streetcar. On site secure parking is great. Inside of unit was as advertised. There is nice backyard deck and upstairs balcony but most of the seating was not in usable condition. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

On sight parking and safety gate wonderful!
Great location. Lots of shops nearby as well as restaurants. In the pictures describing the property I got the idea there two bedrooms. Not so, only a 3/4 wall. The foam on the bottom buck nearly slid off on the floor. There was not even a little bar of soap. I guess only hotels do that. Other than those few little things the place was good. Clean. Great to have a coffee maker. Over all a pleasant stay.

Traveling from Southflorida to Houston , 2 day stay in New Orleans
We have driven by New Orleans many times but never stopped. This time we are going to Houston for a family wedding and we decided to stop in New Orleans for two days. The location is ideal and and the secure on-site parking is perfect. You can walk to breakfast to get coffee and all sorts of other restaurants and shops. The French Quarter is less than 15 minutes away.. This place was perfect for our family to rest and relax in between sightseeing. the host was super helpful and was only a text away with any questions we had.

We were in town for a Science conference and this location was fantastic! We were able to walk to many places and if we had to take an uber, it was centrally located enough for all rides to be short and sweet! We loved that there was a place to eat and drink right next door. All conversations with the host were quick and easy. We had a great time!

Lots of positives to this rental
We really enjoyed the property’s location and the surrounding neighborhood. Check in and out was easy and Sam was prompt with communication and accommodative of early check in and late check out. The mattresses were comfortable, the sheets were clean, and overall the interior of the condo was as described. We didn’t need or use the outdoor patio which was good because it was truly unusable, despite having a lot of potential. Even though that didn’t impact our stay at all, I want others to know upfront that the outside seating is not as picture. That said, I would totally stay there again if visiting the area. It’s a charming place!.

Good location
Overall, our group was very pleased with our stay. The unit was as advertised. Communication with Samuel was effortless, as was check-in. The only draw back was two of the patio chairs were broken upon arrival and another broke when stretching backwards. Also, one of the nightstands fell apart when a C-PAP machine was sat on it. Otherwise, everything was spot on. I would recommend this unit to those looking to explore the Garden District.

Family trip of 3 adults. Condo was clean, cozy and met our needs. Host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Lots of great places to eat nearby (ramen, crepes, chocolate). One note - the two bedrooms are separated by a 3/4 wall, so some sound can be heard between them, but for us, it was fine. 10/10!

A Great Stay
The property is exactly as described. Comfortable. Clean. Great location. An excellent place to eat is Down The Hatch, just steps from the property's gate. Another wonderful restaurant is U Pizza on St. Charles Avenue. We were in New Orleans for a wedding. The property is fabulous for strolling Magazine, isn't far from the French Quarter, and is a hop away from the highway/interstate for easy access to other locations. Will definitely consider booking again should the need arise.

Convenient Base to Explore New Orleans
This is an awesome property! Extremely clean. The inclusion of parking puts it over the top. We found it convenient to use the car to explore the Garden District, and Lyft charges were reasonable to go back and forth to French Quarter. (I did some math, and rideshare was cheaper than parking.) We highly recommend Miss Shirley’s for Chinese dim sum and noodles as a break from Creole food. Also, don’t leave New Orleans without getting a Snowball. The shop we stopped at offered beef and chicken flavors for dogs. Our pup was in heaven!
