The entrance and surrounding property was pretty nice but the rooms desperately need attention. Ours was dingy and unwelcoming. I did stay one night, in the morning I took a shower on a slimy bathroom shower with lukewarm water, that was it, I cancelled the rest of my stay and moved to a different hotel I had to find onthe fly, thats how much I did not like the stay. For myself I cannot recommend this place,

They are actively renovating this hotel. All of the amenities are closed, you have to pay for any hot food at breakfast, and they spay a loud smelling perfume to cover the smell of mold. But it's in a great location next to a riverfront w park and casino

Place was a dump. Bad odor to room. Smelled like mildew. Entertainment center door taped on. Soap dispensers were supposed to be mounted to the wall still had the hollow wall anchors attached. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal and a few bagels. The only endearing aspect was the proctor the venue I was competing in. Just terrible.

To fit in space provided… NOTHING worked… emailed manager and got NO response.. apparently they could care less that we would have had a better amenities if we went to a campground for $20 a night. Save your money and go to a campground instead. The floors are very thin and can hear every movement on the floor above you, we requested to move to the top floor since we were gonna be there for four nights and they stated the room wasn’t ready for us to move so they had us move our belongings to that room and were told that housekeeping would clean it while we were gone for the day but when we came back it was still dirty so they moved us back to the 2nd floor where the bed was broken, the tub wouldn’t drain, the toilet was was broken, the phone was broken so the tried to move us again but the floor in the next room was sinking in and the bed leg was broken so the bed was uneven. Then the next morning there was NO hot water in the hotel at all. When we got back from our day’s adventure the last night, our keys were disabled so we had to make another trip to the lobby to have our keys activated again. And then the last day we went to have a bowl of cereal before checking out and there were no clean bowls and no option to order hot breakfast so we left without eating.
