We stay here frequently and always have great service. There's a garage right across the street to save money on parking and it's quieter than the quarter, yet close to restaurants and stores

If you are using the hotel during a convention I can't imagine a more convenient location. As far as tourist options 10-20 minute walk puts you within Bourbon St, Caesars, shopping, food, and much more. Great bar across the street "World Famous Corporation Bar" down the street is the "Ernst" quite possibly the cheapest beers in NOLA. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helped solved the one issue we had quickly without fuss. The rate was very reasonable. Great stay!

Excellent Location
Very close to the French Quarter. Restaurants in walking distance. Parking (valet) very expensive but the area is close to the convention centre and quick drive to the French Quarter. Room comfortable.

I have always appreciated the quality of Hilton Garden Inn properties, but my recent stay was deeply disappointing. I experienced a loud and constant noise in my room, which persisted even after turning off the AC. The noise became particularly unbearable in the middle of the night, resembling the sound of a drill and severely disrupting my sleep. Given that we had a two-night stay with a busy schedule during the day, we contacted the front desk to request a room change. Unfortunately, the request was declined. A technician was sent to investigate but claimed he could not hear the noise. He later suggested it was caused by the neighboring room’s AC, which he stated could not be addressed. I recorded the noise to illustrate how disruptive it was. This situation significantly impacted my stay, and the lack of assistance from the front desk compounded my frustration. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a restful and quiet night.

My daughter and son in law stayed here during our family Christmas trip. Thank you Hilton for everything. I saw the room they were staying in and was very happy I made the choice. The hotel was in a very safe neighborhood and very convenient in order to enjoy New Orleans.
