Our stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans was fantastic! The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. A special shoutout to Sue, who gave us a warm and welcoming New Orleans greeting. Our villa was absolutely perfect – beautifully decorated, spotless, and it felt like we were the first to stay there. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans!

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and so welcoming. Our room was more like an apartment. The air conditioning wasn't working when we first arrived but they sent someone up right away to fix it. When you check in, they try to get you to attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation but if you don't mind saying no, the pitch only takes up 5 minutes of your time and the hotel is worth it.

I have nothing bad to say. The staff were incredible! Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. Great location just a couple blocks from Bourbon St. and Canal St. with tons to do, see and eat all around.

Perfect Location, Is a timeshare (Vacation Resort)
I booked this hotel for its location, spaciousness, and proximity to everything within walking distance. My daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday on Bourbon Street, and we were able to do just that. I later found out that it is a timeshare, which I didn't realize until after the trip was booked and I read through more reviews. If you have experience with timeshares, then you probably know what to expect.

Very pleased with the location, cleanliness, amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is 1 block from the intersection of Bourbon and Canal Streets. Dining and shopping is all walkable. 20 min walk to the River front. We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay here again!

Great location close to French quarter. Neighbourhood outside hotel is questionable but we came back to the hotel early evening so didn’t experience anything bad. The hotel along with all the other areas in the French quarters is old. The room was decently maintained for such an old building. Cleanliness was slightly above average. We slept with ear plugs to avoid the noise outside. I would recommend for the price

There was a random hair tie left on the floor in the bathroom. The AC was excellent in the room and the staff was extremely helpful. There does seem to be a weird design flaw in the tub in our room. The inside of the tub was higher than floor creating an overstep when you went to step out of the tub. It makes it hard to find your balance when exiting the shower. The bar in the lobby was excellent.

Staff were very nice. Especially the valets and concierge. Rooms are big but kind of wasted space. Beware of the Holiday vacation club timeshare sneak tactic at check in. Especially as expedia is a partner with them and you're automatically lined up for it. If you can sit thru the presentation and say no you do get decent savings though
