I stayed here for the Christmas break. The location of this hotel is OK and the hot breakfast is a plus. But one of the front desk girls was not friendly at all but all others were fine. I check in on Dec 23rd 2024 and paid off all the charges at the time of booking. When I got home to check my credit card and was astonished to find they charged a night fee of Dec 22nd. I called the front desk and was hanged up by her rudely. Have contacted Hilton for help and disputed charge to the credit card company. Be aware of that.

We just exited a cruise ship and arrived at the hotel just after 10 AM. When I went to the desk clerk, she said we could not check in until 4 PM because no one gets checked in until all the rooms have been cleaned. I asked if they could give us a room as it gets cleaned and she said no. We did get our room at 3:15 PM. I will never stay there again. The room had no literature on the TV, the hotel hours, amenities or just nothing. The breakfast was good. There was no one to assist with luggage. It's a good thing that we didn't drive because the parking rate was $48/day, except if your vehicle was oversized, then it went to $65/day. The furnishings in our room were old and mismatched. The drapes were hanging on the floor in places. I would rate it a C-minus at best.

The furniture was outdated. The sign in for WiFi was a pain. Sofa bed uncomfortable. No paper that showed anything about the hotel including check out time. Good thing that we didn't drive. The parking was $48/night or $65 for over-sized vehicles. It states it is in the French Quarter, but it isn't. It is really in the warehouse district which is close to the French Quarter. I probably would not stay there again.

For a 3 * hotel it is what we expected and were OK with. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Nit what was on offer but lack of! Some days no yogurt, some no muffins, some no fruit and worst of all one day with 45 minutes of breakfast time left NO milk!!!

Had an excellent time in New Orleans and everything in the French quarter is a short walk with this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and had a great breakfast. We also really appreciated Adam with all his assistance and travel recommendations. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Très grande chambre, lit King très confortable. Mini cuisine avec peu d’équipement pour dépanner et non cuisiner un repas 5 étoiles. Nettoyage de la chambre quand on a demandé ce qui nous convenait parfaitement dans la vie de tous les jours je ne change pas ma serviette de bain à tous les jours et je trouve normal dans un contexte environnemental que l’hôtel ne le fasse que sur demande. Déjeuner compris: il ajoute régulièrement des aliments mais pas de tout. Certain matin c’était plus simple. Service de Vallet pour la voiture efficace. Sécurité de la bâtisse super tu ne peux entrer dans l’hôtel sans carte ni accéder au étage dans l’ascenseur non plus. Hotel calme mais seulement à quelques minutes de marche de bourbon street quoi de mieux!

The staff was friendly & gracious when we checked in.. However I was disappointed with cleanliness - both room’s carpet was wet and there was not enough towels available. When called housekeeping told someone was coming but after 2 hours - we went to front desk for linens. Breakfast was disappointing.

Pros -The property location is great, close to French quarters but still far enough from street noise. Staff was friendly Cons - House keeping was terrible. Jobs were never done to completion. towels and soap was missing. Missed service one day (despite being done on alternate days only). The person forgot to run the dish washer - For a suite the kitchen appliances were worn out or missing. not enough utensils or plates - The room walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations from both sides of the room Very disappointed, my trust on Hilton brand has eroded

Out of many food choices and for Christmas morning it would have been nice to have milk available and other food items. The guest laundry situation was very frustrating with half the machines broken and the other half used for hotel laundry. The room was tidy but hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time.

Good for the price but surprising even for a Homewood suites that there was many a shortcoming. We arrived at 5 pm and the room wasn’t ready, we had to wait around an hour before being able to check in. There was at least 3 other groups ahead of us. More so, the cleaning staff also only came to the rooms every other day and we had to call down for towels and other things that were overlooked.
