Arrived at hotel at 8:00pm just to learn it was overbooked and I had to find somewhere else to stay. Found hotel across the street for twice was much for one night as my 2 nights I booked. Extended stay or Expedia should have reimbursed the difference, but NO, of course not. Don't expect either to do the right thing for the major inconvenience. Expedia says, you were refunded for the reservation. Well DUH, the room was cancelled. You didn't do me a favor.
They’ll give your room away coming from a flight if you’re not there at the time that they preferred you to be and it doesn’t matter if you have a disabled child don’t book here unless you wanna waste $100 and that’s a trip there which is $50 and another $50 back to the airport due to them not being able to accommodate you

Hotel10 great! Hotels.com was terrible
The hotel staff was fantastic. However, the hotel.com staff was not. There was an issue with the hotel.com/Expedia team not releasing information to the hotel even though our hotel was booked in advance. The hotel showed our booking and so did hotel.com. We had to sit in the lobby for 2 hrs as the hotel.com staff continued to refuse. Hotel.com staff attempted to refund our booking which I denied. The hotel staff stayed positive as they continued to speak with the hotel.com staff. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This horrible looking property had the GREEDY nerve to cancel my reservation so they could book my room for double my reserved rate to take advantage of a Taylor Swift weekend in New Orleans. Don't stay here!
We Drove from Texas for a festival and got to the hotel ready to check in after booking it online. We were told that they didn't have any rooms available. After I tried to showed the lady my confirmation number but she just kept yelling no rooms available. She was so very RUDE. So we had to try and find another hotel at the last minute.
With the Stink attitude that girl had I was glad they didn't have any rooms. She was so unprofessional, yelling
at everyone that came in the door. So now I just want to make sure that they don't change my credit card for a room we didn't stay in.
Our key card never worked for the two days and staff had to let us in every time we went out, and for other patrons as well. Mold on the ceilings, no bath towels in room, tv didnt turn off and remote didn't work. Breakfast was very minimal. Emergency exits blocked in office.
Hotel had overbooked at least 20 people without rooms provided no asistance getting additional rooms after waiting nearly 2 hours they had a last minute cancellation

I booked and paid for the hotel room a week before my trip. I drove 3 hours just to get there and they tell me they overbooked and didn’t have any more rooms available. It looked like they gave the rooms to the people that showed up first and after they were full told everyone they were overbooked
