The Crescent has a location that can't be beat! Get your steps in and check out the coolest local bars and restaurants that NOLA has to offer all within a casual stroll of this home. Did we mention the French Quarter was just a 10 minute walk? If you want even more excitement, grab an Uber to Magazine Street, Marigny, or Bywater.
Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue.
Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home.
Rouses Market is nearby too.

EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME
In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property.

WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE
Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions!

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious:
- NO SMOKING
- No gatherings greater than the approved occupants
- No rearranging furniture please
- Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.**

SECURITY CAMERAS
Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date.

OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
- $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival)
- $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding)
- $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding)

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

PARKING
While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.

The condo was even better than expected! It is decorated so nicely and has all the comforts you would want! We loved the thoughtfulness of the coffee and snacks. The property manager checked on us to ensure we did not have any concerns. The location is great, especially if you are in town for a conference. It was a quick, easy walk to the conference center and several great restaurants. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for the week. Initially I was concerned about parking, but there is a public garage 1-2 blocks away and that worked out well. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect
The rental was just as described. The architecture of the building and apartment are beautiful. We walked in and thought "I could live here". There were several small, but nice items left for our convenience, that we did use and we did appreciate. We chose this apartment due to it's proximity to the convention center. We also found it to be conveniently located to several other areas of interest. Once we unloaded our luggage, we parked the car and didn't drive anywhere until we departed. Should we ever come back to NOLA, we will definitely check the availability for this location again!

Great condo in excellent location
We enjoyed our stay at Crescent very much. The check in process was simple, with a code on doors no need to carry keys around. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked, etc. The management cares about their guests and communicates with them very well. The location was perfect for us because we were attending a conference at the Convention Centre and we could walk there in 10 minutes. The French Quarter is also in walking distance, no need to rent a car. We'll be happy to stay at this property next time we are in New Orleans.

It had everything we needed GREAT LOCATION
This condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. It was very easy to access with many amenities and optimal space. We have stayed in New Orleans many times and I don’t think I’ll ever stay in a hotel again after I experienced the ease of getting into and out of the crescent. I was nervous parking would be an issue but we parked on the street every time and never ran into an issue, I loved that there were luggage carts available. My one complaint which isn’t a reflection on the condo were the people staying above us, they were extremely noisy from 11pm-5am. Given there isn’t a front desk I wasn’t sure who to take my complaint to. Next time we are in Nola I will be for sure booking this condo.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here this past week. It's a very nicely furnished space with lots of room to spread out, very comfortable beds and all the amenities you might need. Clean and just as shown in the online photos. Nice building in a quiet location, but not too far away from all the action. We'll be back!

The apartment was a perfect location to walk to many places including the French Quarter and Julia St with the many art galleries. The apartment itself was very clean and provided all the amenities that you would need for a long stay. The staff was pleasant and addressed any complaint promptly. The only drawback was the people upstairs walking and running and sometimes keeping us awake. Outside of that it was a perfect place to stay

Our stay here was well worth it. The room was in a great location. It is not far from the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. It was very quiet. This room had everything we were looking for in a room. The owners were very detailed in what to put in the room. It was literally a home away from home. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen supplied with everything you need. The closets in the bedroom were very spacious. The bathrooms were supplied with all the toiletries. The room was even supplied with water bottles, Gatorade, coffee, and chips to snack on. Way to go owners! We will definitely be staying again whenever we come back to New Orleans.

This is an amazing property in a wonderful location. The outdoor area is lovely and the interior is spacious and incredibly comfortable. Myra was so helpful and welcoming. She tended to every detail and was genuinely interested in our comfort. The only issue we encountered was with parking. Valet parking requires cash upfront.
