Yes front desk definitely needs to be retrained! Booked for 2 travelers, 2 queen beds yet room is provided one wash cloth, and one dry towel besydes the face cloth. So who supposed to dry them and which one gon wash they ass? Kept calling asking for towels they said NONE, baby stop overbooking and teach the front desk common courtesy… why would you come knocking to my room door telling me when I need to leave when I finally got towels at 11??? Make it make sense the young lady definitely lucky I was appalled and in shock when she came banging to the front door, yet I went down to the lobby at 11:25 to see what was her personal issue because you are not housekeeping why would you personally choose to come knock to my door… ohhh we was bothering you to get the damn iron to match the ironing board that Yall didn’t supply in our room, get it together Laquinta! I’m sure puff puff will see this!

NO NO NO NO NO
Breakfast was the only decent part of our stay.. other than that, you have to get the people at the front to let you in your room each time you leave then return back, woman at front desk was rude and last but not least, the room smelled of mold and the air didn't work that great in our room and there was black spots in the bathroom all along the floor that met with the wall... NEVER STAY HERE UNLESS OTS YOUR LAST RESORT!! PD WAY TOO MUCH THIS!

Not only did the pictures online not match the description of the property but the room we were in smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. As if someone was just smoking in there the smell was so strong. Our bathtub around the plug was so rusted out we didn’t trust using it. So we used my parents bathroom in their room 3 rooms down from us. The issue wasn’t with cleanliness so to say but condition this is a very old building that needs serious updates. It got the job done we didn’t need to sleep in our car.

First of all, the staff was awesome. Friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. However the property and room were garbage. The key card reader wasn’t working on the room doors so we had to get a staff member to let us in EVERY TIME we had to leave. Room was nasty, toilet seat falling off the commode, bathroom light didn’t work, bed lamps didn’t work, carpet was dirty, beds were uncomfortable, etc etc. We have learned our lesson. We stayed only because it was a big concert weekend and everything else was either booked or stupid high.
