We paid too much to be in a place that didn’t have anyone the cleaned daily, deliver clean towels or check in. We’ve seen staff have accidents with guests vehicles and the fact that we had to pay $30 a night to park in a makeshift garage was horrendous… Not to mention we didn’t even know about paying for parking until we were checking in. The breakfast, was horrible and I will not return to this hotel.

The staff were at times abrupt. We did not realize that the breakfast finished at 9am and the staff member did not want to allow my wife any access. It would have not caused any issue for the staff member to allow my wife to quickly grab some cooked eggs which surely would have been discarded. We were not aware that the rooms are not serviced daily. We called 4 times to get fresh towels over the period of an hour. Room service had an abrupt manner on 3 of those occasions.

Very nice room, very clean, good tv and internet. Plenty of towels, toilet hard to flush, good constant temperature in shower. Breakfast options be lacking but ok 3/10. Overall for the price and location 10/10

The receptionist said $250 for the deposit would be released after checking out. But they actually charged more than on the receipt. It's really frustrating. And the toilet kept dipping water while I stayed.

Overall it was good. Two items not up to excellence rating. First, our sink’s hot water was not instantaneous, it actually took several minutes before it got hot. 2nd breakfast there was no bagels…only white bread. But again, I’ll still use La Quinta’s in the future.

This hotel in New Orleans was adequate for our stay seeing Taylor Swift at the Superdome. The staff was friendly for the most part and we appreciated the free breakfast every morning. Rooms were fine and provided what we needed except for a room safe. If you are looking for a middle-of-the-road hotel in close proximity to the French Quarter and walking distance to the Superdome, then this is your hotel! ✌️

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very kind and accomodating during a very busy weekend of Taylor Swift concerts. The room was clean. The beds and temperature were comfortable. Excellent location. In walking distance of the riverfront, french quarter, and the superdome.

We were there the the Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. The hotel was great. The room was clean and very quite. It was in walking distance of all that we were there for and more. Would stay there again.

Everything was fine except safety within the hotel. Someone stole a wallet and debit card from our room total loss of $650. Others had credit cards and $200 cash stolen. One other room had someone enter while they were there. There are no safes in the room and the doors were not locking upon closing. I was there with my tween daughter and we didn’t feel safe after that.

Safe, excellent location and service.
The front desk staff was top notch, no matter what day or shift. New to the city, they all helped us navigate the trolleys, stores, and restaurants. They really took the stress off of us!
