Our TV had a loose wire and didn't work properly--we had to have it serviced immediately. Also there was not enough room between the end of our bed and our furniture dresser-- could hardly open the door/drawer to get to the safe

Wow! So disappointing! Stayed here years ago and it was fabulous… This time not so… my room was so small. I thought it was a closet! elevator was slow… Breakfast was tasty, but the service was slow and the restaurant was so cold. I had to wear a sweater!

One of the elevators was broken but the bar renovation was awesome. We we’re not offered a room upgrade or even complementary water. In fact I booked a king bed and we got 2 queens.

The property was conveniently located within walking distance to most locations. I.e. must have Starbucks nearby. The moment we arrive the valet staff was personable and professional. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was polite and refreshing.

This hotel blew me away! All staff were amazing and very helpful. The lobby is stunning and I loved the historical vibe. A 15 minute walk to the French Quarter and don't forget to get breakfast at Mothers just down the street. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

The hotel looked nice but valet parking was unnecessarily expensive especially since they park the car in the same lot you would park your own car in. We also had to wait at night when we returned for someone to valet park our car. There is no pool. Breakfast is an additional cost and a lot of the complimentary items are not disclosed to you upfront.
