Fun in NOLA
We had a great stay before Christmas. The place is great for getting the Trolley into the city. Parking is safe and secure. The inside is beautiful and worked well for our family.

Nice house
The house was nicely furnished and had all the necessities. The only drawback was that the bedroom with the king bed was next to the kitchen and in order to access the kitchen or back yard you had to walk through the bedroom. The king room also didn’t have a full bath, just a half so you had to go upstairs to shower. The small half bath off the king had no shelf and a pedestal sunk with no place to put your toiletries. No tv in that room either.

Great house to stay in!
This was our first time in New Orleans. This house is beautiful, clean and well appointed. The house is historic and yet very homey and comfortable. It was more than enough room for the four of us. The back yard is quiet and very relaxing after a busy day. The convenience of the trolley being so close was a huge benefit.

Convenient and Good Neighborhood
This is a neat historic home. For the 5 folks in our party it was comfortable and just the right size. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with all the necessary amenities. The house is only 1/2 block from the street car line which makes it super convenient to get most everywhere. There are several great bars within easy walking distance in the neighborhood that we discovered and enjoyed. Communication with the host was exceptional. We appreciated the gracious accommodation to our check-in arrival. Staying in the heat of the summer, we did experience the AC struggling to keep the north upstairs bedroom cool. The host was quick to respond and was able to monitor that remotely. Cooled down enough in the evening that it was not uncomfortable. Being an older home that has been converted, We did not pick up from the property description that the king bedroom downstairs has the 1/2 bath and no shower. You also have to go through this bedroom to get to the kitchen (as is indicated in the pictures). The upstairs bedroom is en-suite with full bath, and the third bedroom (2 queens) shares the other full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. We were all close friends so made it work. We enjoyed the historic character of the house and the creative decorative touches that made for a comfortable and homey stay.

Beautiful home, in safe neighborhood
This home was beautiful, and exactly as described. When we first walked in, it smelled a little mildewy, but nothing that lingered. The main floor was nice and cool, and was a welcome greeting from the hot weather in New Orleans. The upstairs was quite a bit warmer, but did cool down to about 74 degrees after we adjusted the thermostat. We did have to adjust it daily, but it was really not a big deal at all. Each upstairs bathroom/bedroom had a portable fan that we used in the bedrooms at night. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including salt and pepper and a few other condiments. There is a parking area for two vehicles that is off the street, which is really nice, however it was a tight fit when the other side of the duplex was also rented out. All in all, this house worked perfectly for our family, and we felt safe during our entire stay.

Wonderful Home in MidCity New Orleans
What an absolutely amazing place to stay!! Clean, quiet, spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen, outdoor space, 1/2 block to trolley, short drive to French Quarter/ride the trolley, responsive property management and ownership!! We highly recommend this property!! An extra surprise…when we inquired about cleanup…no cleanup list to complete before checkout. Wow!!

Cute place needed some better cleaning
Location was super close to some amazing restaurants and a trolly stop. Home was not very clean on our arrival. Long hairs were seen in and on the bed or drawers and several cups in the cabinets were sticky or didn’t appear as if they were washed before being put back. Biggest bed is downstairs adjacent to the kitchen and only has a sink and toilet attached to it. Beds were too soft/old and bedding didn’t seem to fit

Good Ole College Friends
My college girlfriends and I came to visit my daughter who is attending Tulane Law School. The beautiful Maison de Manon had everything we needed for a night in or a night on the town. It was centrally located to the French Quarter, shopping, Orange Theory, food, Fun, and my Daughter's school. The home is big enough to provide privacy for large groups as well as a place to gather.

Beautifully maintained home by a wonderful host!
My friends and I booked this VRBO for a group trip and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Maison de Manon was beautiful and had everything we needed to really feel at home. The host proactively provided a ton of helpful information and was easy to reach whenever we had a question prior to arrival, and during our stay. I hope to be back soon, thank you for helping to making our first visit to NOLA such a special and comfortable one!

Basically perfect
Inside is beautiful, beds and accommodations were comfy for our group, it's a block away from the trolley downtown/to city park, and you have parkway bakery and a grocery store down the street. Neighborhood is close enough to be convenient but far enough that its quiet. Just be careful about too much noise at night. Neighborhood is quiet and the walls have zero noise dampening.

Perfection in Mid-City
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in New Orleans! The property is beautiful and steps away from the trolley stop. We were able to park our car in the space provided and never moved it. If ever in The Big Easy again, I would absolutely rent this house again. Thanks to the owner for making sure everything was spotless when we arrived!

Great Historic Home!
This house has true character! It’s a 130 year old historic home with a Renaissance feel but it’s decorated with an added New Orleans flare. Very cool! It’s in a great location near the city park and just steps away to catch the trolley. It was very comfortable and has a nice sitting area out back. This home made our stay very enjoyable!
