The room that I stayed had a moldy scent and had mold in the ceiling. I’m allergic to mold so had a terrible skin reaction. Contacted the front desk, they painted over the mold and reassigned us to a different room. Management did not take ownership and basically did not show any remorse or gave any compensation.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and generally very quiet. The location was great....easily walked to top destinations in the French Quarter, as well as the Superdome.

This is our second stay and we love it! This time we needed a wheelchair accessible room and the front desk clerk was super nice! She gave us a room facing their courtyard making it super accesible to our vehicle and the street.

The hotel is only 3 floors which is a huge bonus. The location and staff were very friendly and attentive to customer needs. The water pressure was AMAZING in the shower. The refridgerator was very cold as it kept our water chilled with in 30mins of loading it up.

This was a prime location for someone who is into night life. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were kind. I have no complaints. If you want easy access to bourbon and canal st this is the place to stay when wanting to be cost effective!

You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you want to be on bourbon street! It’s affordable, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The property could stand some upgrades. We had a slight issue that the hotel was able to rectify immediately and the staff was amazing about everything! In most cases after the issue we had, I would never stay at the property again, but because of the staff and how kind and helpful they were, I would definitely be back, and just hope there wouldn’t be any similar issues in the future.
