Another My SouthernComfort Executive condo in New Orleans. We are perfect for business travelers attending conferences as we are very close to Convention center, Civic Theater and SuperDome. We are also ideal for vacation renters looking to be apart of our beautiful city for a couple days. We are close to all of New Orleans attractions: War War 2 Museum, French Quarter, and upscale nightlife. Restaurants and grocery stores right outside the door, and parking all around the neighborhood. We are steps from the train station and nice Cafe And Bikes Coffee shop. Our space is modern with all of the comforts of home. The condo is always squeaky clean with fresh sanitized linens.

Very nice stay
We always come to New Orleans for our family Thanksgiving trip but usually stay in a hotel. This was the first time we did a VRBO stay in NO and I must say it will not be our last, Was a little nervous at first because I didn’t know they had already sent the arrival instructions but once that was cleared up we were good. Apartment was very nice and clean. No windows however you don’t miss it because it’s several lighting and my family enjoyed the darkness in the morning. Location was perfect not all in the mix of the crowd or noise but close enough to walk to whatever you want to get into. Grocery store and restaurants literally minutes away walking, We opted out of the parking in the daily parking spots due to the fact we would be in and out. It was cheaper to pay the parking out front of the property especially being that it was free after 7, holidays and Sundays, so it worked for us. Bed is super comfortable (soft). Had to reach out to property manager twice but it was minor and fixable.. Security was good as well as the outside door requires a code to get in. Overall stay was great and would definitely recommend.

Great location, comfortable and stylish
After a small snafu we checked in without a problem. The condo is in a great location. Easy enough to walk to the French quarter, and plenty of restaurants and cafes are close by. Across the street is the Virgin hotel where we enjoyed cocktails in the evening. A nice grocery store is one block away and just two blocks from the trolley. The condo was clean and modern with a full kitchen and nice bathrooms. I found the bed comfortable, but everyone else felt they were too soft. Wi-Fi was easy and pretty reliable. The tv was really challenging to figure out…some instructions in the condo would be helpful. A few other things…the door leading out to the patio doesn’t lock, there is only one nightstand in each bedroom, and there are no windows except for the door to the patio in the living room, which no sun comes in because it is blocked by a building, so it is dark in the unit. But the condo has lots of lighting to brighten things up. All in all, the negatives were few and it is a really nice place to stay.

This property was clean, quiet and conveniently situated for museums. Short walk to JazzFest shuttles. About a one mile walk to the French Quarter. Grocery store right across the street. Would highly recommend!

Great place!
We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved this property! It’s in the business district so it’s a pretty quiet area but only about a mile from the French Quarter. The public parking lot was around $25/day and is one block away. There’s a Rouse grocery store nearby also. The condo is brand new, and was decorated really cute! There isn’t a full-length mirror but the elevator is reflective so we made that work. It has an iron/ironing board and a closet in one room. The second room doesn’t have a closet but has a free standing rack with approximately 8 hangers. Pots/pans/dishes are provided as well as a few varieties of drinks in the refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker with a few free pods also. We will definitely be back!!!

Great launching pad for a fun time in New Orleans
We enjoyed our overall stay very much but there were some hiccups. For one, we were switched to a different building and a different apartment two days before we checked in without our consent. We reserved the LaCeoix because it was in a building my daughter was familiar with but we ended up in the Baptiste apartment. It was fine with a few exceptions. The Wifi was woefully inadequate. The manager said it would be fixed the day after we checked in but it wasn’t. We could hear in a party going on one night in the floor above us and construction was going on. And there was lots of construction noise coming from one wall next door during the day. We did love the location and the overall flavor and feel but I didn’t like getting moved to another unit without my prior consent. But that was all outweighed by the charm and convenience of the location. It’s across the street from a grocery store and near the streetcar line. Plus, it’s only a few blocks from the Quarter and Warehouse District. Oh, there’s a public parking garage a block away, which allows easy in and out access.

Very clean condo with modern amenities and grocery store right around the corner. Close to St. Charles trolley line. I believe this is a brand new room. TV’s were not set up with cable or antenna but no worries as we didn’t hang out as we were busy doing and seeing the sites.
