The Space:
Large Space with 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths, open kitchen and living area and a lovely backyard patio. The bedrooms feature luxury sheets and extremely comfortable beds. Boasting a gorgeous sunroom entrance, back, and side decks along with 11’’ ceilings, fireplaces, ceiling fans, and blinds throughout.
Handsome millwork, hardwood floors, one decorative fireplace, one gas log fireplace, and pretty stained glass in the hall bath are just a few of the historical touches throughout this home.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom home, as well as the driveway, front porch and backyard deck off of the kitchen. There is a separated studio and side deck off of the studio that guests do not have access to.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the highly desirable uptown neighborhood of Fontainbleau. Walking distance to the Carrolton streetcar, or easy driving access into downtown.
Getting Around:
Guests can park their car in the driveway and take the streetcar to get around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

-Strictly quiet time after 10PM
-No smoking anything, including marijuana, inside the home.
