The property was great; great amenities, wonderful staff, clean and I found the parking lot to be well lit. The only unfortunate part is the location, being right on US 19, is pretty sketchy.

The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the room I stayed in was satisfactory. There were a few issues I must point out. First of all the king bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It seems like they cut corners when choosing mattresses. Also the door to my room did not fit the frame well. I had light shining through the bottom and sides of the door from the hallway. I sleep in complete darkness. So I had to lay towels along the bottom and sides of the door to keep the light out. Also the soap dish was hanging from a plastic clip, and it eventually fell off the first shower I took. I brought it to the front desk staff’s attention. One other thing. That the doors to the back and sides to the hotel would slam so hard that I am glad I wasn’t staying in a room on the 1st floor.

Excellent service for an excellent price! It was clean, and our room was very spacious. I liked how there was a good amount of counter space in the bathroom for my makeup. The beds were really soft. I love how there was a security parking place with different levels. The food was really good and there were plenty of options. The only thing I would have improved is the fridge. Not cold. We kept milk in their for our son and it went bad, and the waters never got cold
