This Duplex Home is steps away from the beautiful Riverwalk to historic downtown with a large pet friendly park! and plenty of restaurants and bars as well as antique shops and boutiques. We provide everything you will need for a long stay. Fully separate fenced in backyard with seating area and gas grill. Sit in the front of the home and watch boats pass down the river or walk steps away and fish under one of the city provided pavilions. This home is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS DUPLEX WILL BE RENTED AT THE SAME TIME. Strict noise ordinance is enforced. Owners reside close by. Please fell free to ask us ANY questions! ++++++++++++++++++++++ We also own a waterfront lot on the river with a dock! We will allow you to use our kayaks and paddle boards for FREE with a 14 night or more booking. The waterfront lot is about a 5 minute walk from the home. *Please be advised, by booking this property you waive all liabilities from the owner in the event of any injury/damage while using the provided bikes, kayaks, canoe ,paddleboards, all of the necessary safety equipment will be provided.
